Terrible service – I purchased 2 kits both sent back together. We received 1 mouthguard and the 2nd has never been received. Tried to contact via phone, email, Facebook and Instagram, without any response. Have used your business before but will never purchase from you again

0 stars – I was not happy with the product, and I have not yet received my money back despite asking weeks ago. In fact, I felt that the company’s response when I asked for a replacement or my money back was aggressive and unacceptable. I would not recommend buying from this business.

Do not spend your money here – Seriously should be a 0 star rating. Have sent moulding kit back and received nothing else. No confirmation they received it.. nothing. ARE A SCAM!!!!! I wonder how [Names Removed] manager think about this, they are the face of the company.. once again do not use this company.. You will lose your money. They are also known as instant teeth whitening.

Refuse to give a refund as promised when purchased. Dodgy company if the product doesn't fit – I bought a mouthguard with a refund if sent back within 7 days. Upon receiving my mouthguard it did not fit my mouth at all. It came with instruction on how to modify it and a link supplied to a video to cut and change it in boiling water if required. relevant to mine which was a different product and therefore no modifiable. They questioned why I wanted to send it back but that the manager needed to verify this was okay. I contacted them every day for two days before sending it back express post for my refund. I have since been back and forth with the company with no luck in getting my refund. They claim they did not receive the package and Australia Post lost it. I have a copy of a receipt with AP sending it with a tracking number. The company is now failing to return my emails. This has been going on for 5 months. The mouthguard and packaging were returned in perfect condition with all pastes unused. I note on their facebook page another lady had this problem where they avoiding giving her refund back as promised when purchased.

minutes. Sent it off and had his finished mouthguard back in a week or so. In the Adelaide Crows colours too - his favourite team!

Cost me $104 because we got the 3 colours. He loves it. Can't wait to show his mates at training.
