Gets the job done, but wouldn't buy again – Was fiddly to put together. Trolley is very light weight and doesn't stay in place while being wound up, so I have to hold it in place with with my foot and chin while winding. The handle is too short for your average Australian male, so I have to bend over while wheeling it around. And retracting the handle for storage is so difficult and fiddly that it's not even worth bothering.

Aside from the above issues, it's not bad for day-to-day use. Pulling out the hose from the trolley is effortless, and the trolley stays put. I'd recommend getting a bigger and sturdier trolley.

Keeps falling over – Positives: It is sturdy product. Has an extendable handle so you can cart it around without bending or resorting to carry it. It can easily hold 15m of hose. Negatives: My biggest problem was it keeps falling over when pulling the hose to water the plants. Tried oiling the reel but couldn't fix it. So I had to return the product.

Garbage – Bought from Bunnings-assuming Gardena would actually fit together properly Wheels dont even fit or hold properly as per instructions..no doubt more chinese made junk Totaly disappointed and will never buy their products again...premium price for cheap crap. Save your money and buy a cheaper brand...this is not worth the grief.
