Good and removes makeup – You shake the bottle to use and it is slightly oily on my cotton pad, but it gently removes makeup. It takes a couple of tries to remove eye makeup, otherwise, it is low priced and easy to use.

Good and gentle eye make remover – I've been using this eye make up remover from Garnier for two months and so far I've been satisfied with this product. It's a bio-phasic make up remover, it's gentle, unscented and non greasy. On the bottle it says it also removes water-proof mascara, but I haven't tried it. My eyes are sensitive and this eye make up remover does not cause them any redness or inflammation. I would recommend it and will probably buy it again.
