Pay for my tyre to be fixed – i was driving out of the service centre one night and drove over a massive pot hole which caused my tyre to blow-out. service centre claiming he is only an employee of the truck car wash. Coles Express says otherwise. The main that claims to be a car wash worker and not the owner keeps telling me he will pass my details onto the service centre manager to call me back, but never does. A few workers at Coles express have told me about other people who kept getting tyre punctures because of pot holes the owner refuses to fix including truck drivers. I just think it's unfair that the owner keeps dodging this issue and doesn't fix the pot holes and refuses to pay for them. Total Waste of Money – This Car Wash doesn't use any brushes to clean the outside of the vehicle and at the end of the wash doest blow-dry the car when it has stopped high-pressure washing and the cycle ends, you are told to drive out whilst the car is soaking wet, for a base wash costing $14 you can go elsewhere for a cheaper and better service
