THEY TOOK MY MONEY!! – I ordered $70 worth of things and 2 months later, after several emails to them they email me and tell me my order was returned to them and destroyed. It was undeliverable and they won’t re deliver. They just take your money. I live in a very small town and my mail lady never saw such a package. RIP OFF!!

Do NOT buy from here – Ordered 3 of the same product. Facial hair removers. The battery is missing and the item doesn't work when i use my own battery. Tried all 3 and none work. I've had no response from the company either to get my money back. Do NOT buy from these people!

Colours drastically different than advertised - business has poor attitude – I ordered Nessie ladles and colanders - a ladle and colander in blue, green and violet - 6 items total. Well the blue is a teal, but at least both the colander and ladle is the same shade. The two violet items are completely different colours from each other, as are the two green items. As soon as I opened the box, I emailed them (on Monday). Thursday morning I still hadn't had a reply, so I went to their FB page and messaged them with pics. I had a reply the same morning, rather condescending, telling me the colour didn't affect the usage:

"While we strive to be true to the color in our photoshoot, due to the many variations in computer monitors and different lighting, colors may appear differently across various screens. We'd like to assure you that the usability of the product will not be affected by the color difference."

Of course I expected there could be slight colour differences, but if I order two things of the same colour, I expect those two things to look alike! I will now have to mix and match these items (which are gifts) rather than having in a set. I do not want to pay for return postage, restocking fee - I just won't ever purchase anything from them again.
