Fraud Company – FRAUD COMPANY!!!! Hair did not look like the videos and pics. We consulted over WhatsApp, told her what I wanted. The length DEFINITELY was not what I ordered. I emailed literally the same day of receiving asking for a refund and they refused claiming they sent the right product. I sent pictures to show that they didn’t. I then asked for an exchange at least? Nope! Not answering my emails anymore so here I am. I paid almost $300AUD for something I’m not going to touch. Horrible horrible experience!
