German Manicure Sets

I purchased three hot water bottles that were defective; when I emailed them about this, with invoices, I got no response - even after two follow-up emails. Terrible customer service!

Excellent quality, and the item was exactly as described, which a wonderful surprise. So many online retailers just don’t deliver on quality, items look fabulous when photo shopped, but look nothing like the item you thought you were purchasing. Thank you for being authentic.

These non-rubber hot water bottles take some getting used to but are superior to rubber because they will not perish. Very pleased with the purchase.

Has anyone had trouble getting responses from this company. I've ordered tweezers back 10/1 I've still not received them. I've emailed them 3 times & absolutely no response

I was hesitant to pay this amount for nail scissors but I am very pleased with this product. Great accurate cutting. I am looking forward to them lasting much longer than cheaper alternatives.

After researching the benefits of boar-hair hair brushes I found the most reasonably priced good quality products were at German Manicure. Good product, reasonably priced and realistic postage. Would recommend.

I bought a pink hairbrush for $40. It has fallen apart. Company has NOT responded to emails. If you try ringing, mailbox is full and cannot leave a message. ***AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY***

Products arrived on time and as ordered. Ordered a Nail nipper and a Cuticle nipper which where both blunt when they arrived. We are trying to get the Nail nipper sharpened and I have asked to return the cuticle nippers for a refund twice by email but no response at all! Disappointing products and after sales service.

the option of selecting a different set so they could meet the deadline. I didn't really require it for Christmas and left the order as is and it was sent exactly when they predicted and arrived in good condition when expected. This degree of service really surprised me - well done team!

Excellent product - the only one that actually lasts. I brought one with me from Germany in 1981 and it only broke at the beginning of 2025. So it lasted for more than 40 years. None of the other products sold in Australia can compare. This is an amazing product and I will purchase more for my family in the future. German Quality!!

I have used German Manicure Sets all my life. It lasts for many years and still going. I am retired now. I because of the quality I often buy new ones for my family and my best fry.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a manicure set through Amazon, but German Manicure Sets addressed it incorrectly, even though Amazon had my correct address. The package was returned to the sender — and it seems they have a habit of doing this. They never responded to any of my emails or messages, not even through Amazon. Fortunately, because I purchased through Amazon, I was able to get a refund.

The product I purchased was sent to the wrong address. I never received it. I did receive a photo from Australian Post stating it had been delivered to some address in NSW.

Purchased a fantastic water bottle for my wife's birthday, which she absolutely loves. The furry cover is great and the water bottle stays hot for a long time. It also delivered to Australia in less than a week, which was great.

The brush is great to twist. However, it did catch in my hair, so I cut the little blobs of plastic off the end of each strand and it twisted the permed hair for straightening without catching. My hairdresser also contributed to the appraisal as I purchased the brushes for two young trainees that are learning to blow dry short hair. Thank you.

I purchased two manicure sets, one for myself and the other for my partner and we are impressed with the quality and durability of the steel and the presentation of your products in real leather cases.

I have had my manicure set for 10 years. I recently lost my tweezers from the set I was ecstatic to find that I could purchase them separately as a replacement. Unlike other products the precision and sharpness after 10years is flawless.

I have also been scammed by this company. I paid for a nail file on the 6th February 2025 and have not received the product and phone calls and emails go unanswered. Do not purchase from them. Learn from mine and other people's bitter experience.
