POOR SERVICE DO NOT BUY – Ordered online and never got the tracking details . Called like 5 times same person apparently the TEAM LEADER , said will receive the tracking details in 15 mins but never came . Called sixth time to a person who took like 15 minutes to note my email and was told my email on order was different??? just avoid the hassles guys buy online with chemist warehouse etc buy stay away. Gillette you have some work to train your staff

Cant believe I didnt start on these earlier, i save big time going direct – My Blades are here at the beginning of every month I use the 5 blade system which works very well for me. I will use the Gillette Direct system always. I have also started using the shave cream which is terrific.

Great razor – Great to use,It is almost impossible to cut yourself and it gives a great shave. I tried lots of razors before this but this is the best,try it and you won’t be disappointed.

Dreadful customer service it’s a scam – I had similar problems to others on this site.I asked how many others have had same and was told by the team leader NONE.I come on here and find I was lied to it’s just a scam cheaper to buy at coles or woolies or another subscription company.

Terrible Service – 3rd order never arrived, reached out to the company and Rhyannan responds rudely. Lack of assistance available as they told me to investigate the missing parcel myself. On a seperate occasion, I have also received correspondence presumably meant to be sent internally containing the personal details of another customer. I have since moved to another shaver subscription service and heavily impressed there.

Sharp and Precise – The order filled/delivered to Post Box/we collect it. Every fourth one is free/ payment from credit card three monthly. Reliable and we NEVER run out of blades. Well Done Gillette.

This is a scam – Like others, I have been charged for my fourth order. My subscription has been mysteriously cancelled, I can no longer log into their website, they don't send password reset emails, and they don't respond to enquiries. Avoid at all costs.

Charged for my “free 4th order” – Started off ok, good blades and two handles for being an early subscriber. received a reply saying they had to show a price, but on their end the discount would be applied.

THEN one week before my April order was due received an email reminder stating method of payment for this order was debit card. With this I emptied my bank account associated with this debit card.

On the day my order was due to occur I receive an email thanking me for my purchase, check my bank, and see no activity from “the consortium Clemenger” so think it’s all good, until I check my Gillette account that night and see DECLINED for my order! They tried to charge me, and kept trying for the next couple of days!

Currently waiting for a hastily arranged “free” order, and a refund for the charge that should not be. (They haven’t mentioned a refund, just a “we’ll look into it”) Also, somehow my next upcoming delivery is next month - on a three monthly subscription!

EDIT: refund received pretty quickly, free razors eventually sorted and received (after many emails and Facebook messages). Subscription manually cancelled by me immediately afterwards, then debit card details deleted from account just to be sure.

Gillette Direct Service annoying and very tricky to see that orders are recurring every 2 or 3 months – Ordered razors and started, then that order started recurring every 2 or 3 months (that I didn't see that when ordering), then I needed to cancel the subscription and it took 2 days to cancel my order. It's annoying, you have to fill a form and send them. Never recommend GILLETTE DIRECT. Ridiculous customer service.
