Glasslock

Don't bother – Right from the start, lids are difficult and in some instances impossible to put on. I contacted the company. They never responded. Done with companies that make shoddy products.

No customer support and faulty lids – I bought a very expensive set of Glasslock containers (GL-1195) a couple of years back. discoloured so that they looked horrible. I decided to try to get a set of replacement lids. I tried their Australia, USA, Korean and even their suppliers site in Australia all to no avail. That means my initial investment in these products is next to useless. The Kmart branded containers that I bought a little earlier suffer none of these problems and cost a fraction of the price. Glasslock are a rip[ off. Don't buy them.

note that because it is glass it's quite heavy and I broke one in the midst of packing up to move. I don't have babies or children, I just use the baby storage jars to store smaller portions of food, salad, and condiments.

Try to avoid this seller at all cost – Ordered 20 items from them. Items received were having some problem with the colour inconsistency. Took photos and send them an email. They are the direct distributor of these products, not retailer. Yet when issue with products arise, they just want to brush it of to the customer to sort it out themself if they are not happy with the products received.

Disputed to Paypal, again the seller give me no solution, just again telling me that what the products should be.

Any buyer out there, if you don't want to take risks losing your money buying a product you are not satisfied with, and the seller doesn't look after you, please stay away from this seller.
