Ring kit glasses-Stylish – I saw these glasses in a pub in Nth Queensland & I fell in love. Stylish but not fragile. They work well with my decor & they're different. Not going to be afraid to use them inside or out.

Customer Service? None! – There is one woman (dark hair bigger woman) in the warehouse that is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. Speaks to customers and others in the warehouse as if she is god and everyone is dirt. I have never been spoken or heard anyone speak to people the way she did in any business - ever!!! Customer service is making you feel good about buying from a company not like you owe them!!! If you hate the job LEAVE. There are plenty of other suppliers out there, Pure Candle Supplies and Eroma a couple of places I will be going to more, great service, more selection, and friendly people that go out of their way to help.... wait that is called customer service!!!!

Terrible customer service – Place a huge order, out of 4 boxes, 1 arrived with the contents broken, no external damage to the box at all. The glassware inside had no bubble wrap or additional packaging material, and was probably broken before shipping. They don't offer any protection or accountability for poorly packaged products, just blame it on shipping, as a way to send damaged items without loss of income to the company. shipping was already overpriced, and should have insurance included in that price, its all just money gauging. I have received another huge order from a wholesale account so was about to place another order, but will look elsewhere now. They just lost a $15k per year account now

No accountability for any lost / broken items – A total joke when you get told by the company they hold No accountability for any lost / broken items after spending $1500 on their site. Mind you they don't accept PayPal either. I emailed the seller about 1 of the courier they use to deliver the items, and that company is Fastway. I simply said after viewing their reviews and having over 4,000 1 star reviews all indicating boxes smashed and broken thing I hope that the glass I purchased from you don't arrive broken. And if they do ... do you replace.

That's when I got told NO, that made me super furious. To me, glassware imports don't care about their customers and just want the $$ She blamed me for selecting Fastway as a delivery option, which I did but I also didn't think that a company would select as a courier company delivery with such bad feedback handling their glassware.

That the first 3 and last orders I have and will ever make with glassware imports. Total joke and I simply don't recommend. Not to forget to mention the lovely lady [name removed] that got all defensive overall this -_- poor customer service
