The guys that installed it were really professional, very friendly, tidy, they even vacuumed the carpet afterwards and blow vac our grounds, you would not know they had been at our home. Removed] was so nice when we purchased the unit, but when called about faulty, bodgy install turned nasty, beware!

no customer service – both split systems installed incorrectly both units were not connected to the outdoor drain still under warranty never got back to me to fix the problem, i had to contact mitsubishi direct to sort out the problem would never recommend globalrez STAY AWAY FROM GLOBALREZ

Promise not kept. Paid too early! – Globalrez promised after a smooth installation process to pickup the old wall airco. We rang 5 times in last five weeks. Nothing happened .It is still in our garden let to rust. We paid promptly after installation. I regret it now.

Great service & wonderful guys. They addressed the problems we had, and it was fixed within a couple of days. Nothing was too much trouble. And, they even dropped off a portable air conditioner. Thank you & I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent service, fast response, on time and solved any issues – Very impressed with the great service provided by Globalrez. When the original quoted AC wouldn't fit through the manhole, Gary quickly quoted me 2 alternatives. The installers arrived on time, used dropsheets, solved a few issues with no complaints and cleaned up after themselves. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

A/C Install – It pays to get at least 2-3 quotes to compare, almost paid $2200 more than I should a good quote from Globalrez. A professional outfit from initial contact with Gary at the office to the installation by Shane of Three split units he installed for me, I cannot recommend Shane's professionalism and quality of workmanship highly enough. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience – The whole experience with the company was excellent. The quote was a fair price for what I got installed. Great communication, installation was fantastic and professional. I loved that they cleaned everything up and they were all cheerful happy workers and office contacts as well. Best experience of getting ducted for the first time after years of having a wall mount.

Great Communication; great advice provided, and great air conditioning units – We are satisfied with the end result. The installers provided good advice with regards to positioning and capacity of the units. They came on time at the scheduled dates. We love our systems in the bedrooms, as they are the ones we used so far. Just turn on for 1 hour at night at 21 degrees and it will remain cool for the rest of the night. All good so far.
