hi guys, i brought an electric scooter for my little guy a few years back but he was too small and a bit timid. now the batteries look like they are dead as ive tried to charge them and have a dead scooter. Ive brought replacement batteries but from what i can see the existing batteries are glued into the scooter? can anyone tell me where you can get support or service?
Where can I get this serviced .and can I get a replacement battrie and lead please
How long are you meant to charge these scooters for the first time? Then how much should you charge it after that so they dont over charge and damage the battery?
I had purchased a Go Skitz scooter for my goddaughter when she was 3yrs old and our house got burgled and they had taken her charger for her scooter ; do you know how I could get a new one ? She's 6yrs old now and she said that she's ready to take a ride on it . We are over New Zealand

If the battery dies off after lets say 40-45 minutes of complete usage, can the motor be disengaged and can it be used like a normal push scooter? This is one very important aspect while buying one of these. Can anyone answer that query for a Go Skitz Electric 2.0 Foldable Scooter.
Unfortunately you can't because the actual motor is in the rear wheel I removed the belt and tried that it becomes hard yakka to push it along due to the motor being connected to the rear wheel it's cheaper to buy a new battery easy to replace 4 screws of the top and batteries can be found at supercheap auto ,jay car to eBay
hi mate, sorry i know this is way out of date. ive got a scooter with dead batteries and brought replacements only to find the existing ones appear to be glued into the scooter? any idea on where and how i can try and replace or get some assistance?
bought a go skitz scooter for my grandaughter 2 weeks ago. She only started using it last saturday 2nd Nov .. Worked like a dream for Saturday and Sunday morning, then died, so we plugged it in to recharge. Now wont go, just makes a weird sound. I am a widow, so no clue what to do.. Grandaughter is in tears. Any suggestions welcome. Have already contacted seller.. Oh and bought it brand new B.T.W.. Probably something simple I bet.. Cheers, Lorraine
Dear Lorraine, I have bought many items from Goeasyonline.com.au. I believe you need to contact the seller on the website through an online form. They are normally very good at getting back to you.
