have lots of mugs, candles, shopping bags, books, make up items, dried soups and biscuits and just about anything. A good shop to check out without breaking my wallet. This is an very good store if you are looking for general household items like paper plates, napkins, toilet paper, basic gardening tools, assorted chocolates and lollies, towels, air fresheners, basically anything. They have a lot of items and if you shop here regularly, some items come and go, so if you see something you like, you should buy it. Nothing to complain about. I have bought a packet of salted peanuts here which were on the cheaper price side, but tasted just fine.

Terrible – Won't be using this store again because I can spend my money elsewhere and get a better feeling when I leave the store. It's cheap. The service. Secondly after I had proven that the pricing was wrong, the other sales assistant [name censored], told me to tell the cashier the price, I took offence to this as it is not a customer's position to tell a cashier the price of an item. I came home to ring The Warehouse Group (Australia) Pty Ltd, which is suppose to be their head office only to find the number that they have on the internet links to the Wangaratta Police Station (suspect wouldn't you think). So I tried a second number which just rang out. I doubt if I will be going anywhere near these stores again. I feel like starting a class action against these companies because they advertise sales and service but in actual fact they are in breach of their verbal contracts.

I worked in retail as a young girl and I know the things that the staff have to put up with - you have to have thick skin and a lot of patience to deal with some of the rude and unreasonable customers.

The manager at Leichhardt is a young woman, who is also very helpful whenever I ask her for assistance. If a particular product is ever sold out, she offers a similar substitute and genuinely tries to help me get what I'm after.

Go-Lo Leichhardt is my favourite local discount shop and I encourage everyone to shop there. Friendly staff, low prices, stores everywhere.

Good for cheap cleaning stuff – I have a Go-lo in my local shopping centre and will often go there before visiting my supermarket. It can be quite messy and disorganised and often hard to find what you are looking for. But if you are willing to have a bit of a search you will save a fair bit of money. often dont say hi, thank you or even smile. Also the shop often has stock all over the floors and boxes just laying around they dont seem to be very tidy in that respect. But as i said before they are good for cheaper items.

I love to shop at go lo and other low price stores – Go Lo is always good, like the reject shop it is run by teenagers who aren't always enthusiastic, but that's part of it I suppose, that's how they save their money. There's always a good selection on offer. They have books and DVDs as well, which are low priced. Not all of the movies or books are that good, but you can ind some gems there. a fair amount cheaper than in other stores. They also have a great range from food to clothes to accessories and household items. Some of the products in this store aren't as quality as other stores but it's great for little knick knacks and prezzies for friends and family.

Bad – As I'm on a pension finding affordable items for birthdays,Christmas & other special occasions,is difficult. Go-Lo helps my money stretch that little bit further. Good cheap products with loads of variety across a wide range. I have been shopping at my local store for years,& have always found what I was after at an affordable price. think hard before i buy any of it. however i do still buy from there, not homewares or anything. but products like plastic storage containers, dog toys and scrapbooking and craft absolutley it is so much cheaper. cheap, lots of bargains staff at my store are not helpful at all, apart from the odd one or two.

If there were no customers, there would be no store and these staff members would not have jobs. I like browsing these stores and usually come out with items that I did not know I needed until I saw them Good range, bargain prices. Poor register service.

cheap is because those toys can not be sold anywear else and they know that they can probally sell them out for at least 100% profit before the authoritys get on to them. it was only two years a go there crap toys killed a child in northern nsw rural town again this was hushed up and there paid a small fine and wenty on with there making money as the parent of that child is still trying to get over her losses

most shops seems to be messy, products left in front of aisle and for someone who has a double side by side pram like i do it is absolutely hard and sometimes nearly impossible to go through and around the aisles.

check items due by date or best before date as sometimes it is nearly finish or just about to

Terrible – i am a regular customer at the rockdale store, and find the new manager very rude and unhelpful. previous store managers have been friendlier. i have tried to find staff to ask them for a price (of course nothing has a price) but never able to find one. i have to ask their operator who is usually over busy serving other customers, he is alot more helpful than anyone there. register operator very helpful. a defect). This was a kindness that was very much appreciated. We also appreciated being able to purchase items that we needed that were much lower in price than things that we had purchased in more tourist centered areas. Friendly manager and staff. Reasonably priced items.
