hi, I have been moved to Perth WA and I want to terminate my account

is there a phone number to contact govia/linkt i just need to ask some question as i have lost my account number and after selling the car i had i took everything out and don't know where i have put my tag and also my dash cam, i know they are in a safe place.

I had a go via tag of my old car, I stocked it on my new car since Nov, 2017. The plate number was 1ML7LZ which had been changed to 293ET2 in Brisbane in around June or July, 2022 . I had moved to Loganlea since the end of July ,2022. I forgot which bank account the tag linked to, I had transferred my post mails from Brisbane to Loganlea, but didn't receive the mail of toll point payment, I received email these days instead that told me I had bills overdue from linkt. I feel that should be somthing wrong. I didn't trivial on those days . I don't think I should pay for those . How should I do to receive payment invoices correctly?

I recently got a new windscreen and my tag was taken off. I have reattached it to the rear of the mirror. Have been over the bridge twice and it doesnt register. Do you take my car details?

Anyone noticed that the 2 BEEP warning has gone??? Now you only get the 3 beeps, to say that account is in arrears (or below minimum), So, they expect to rip you off for MORE $ in ADVANCE by threatening a 3 beep signal saying that you are out of funds. So, NO WARNING when low. No difference if LOW or empty, so they can fine you for not paying in three days -although you are not warned anymore. This is thievery of the highest order! I did not know it was below $0, so did not pay my tag within three days. Receive a threatening letter to to say account is going to be closed! UNLESS (Oh lets suggest a top up figue of $45 in advance). For a pensioner that uses it only 1 per year! Time to have this investigated!!!
