Poor Customer Service – Excellent product, however the staff member was extremely rude and really upset me. The issue I was trying to discuss was problems with their website and he told me, “I’m going to terminate this call now”. I ended up placing the order with him on the phone, however I was in tears. Total lack of customer service.

Genuine replacement remotes and fast service – I ordered remotes for my TV and DVD recorder. My parcel arrived in Adelaide on Tuesday (I ordered on Sunday). Both remotes were genuine Panasonic and Dick Smith. New batteries in and working perfectly. Thanks.

Thanks – Thanks for my genuine panasonic remote for my 55" tv -was placed on a public holiday and only took two days to arrive from qld to nsw in albury, the remote wasn't the same id number as on the rear of the remote device, but still worked flawlessly anyway as it must have been superseded...thank you..very happy.

Perfect! Thank you! – I bought a TV Remote from an electronic store. It did'nt work! Hisense customer support were not helpful. So I went to ebay. They sourced from Go Company the original, genuine TV remote. It's working perfectly! Thank you very much!

Not truthful, poor service and shop elsewhere – If I could give zero stars I would have. I purchased on-line a generic remote for my 5 year old 12V AWA TV from Go Company (& [Name Removed]). It did not work when delivered and was either incorrectly programed or defective. [Name Removed] assured me it was the TV and/or that the remote was correctly programed. on and off the TV so the TV was not a fault. I told [Name Removed] this. [Name Removed] then told me to return the purchased remote and he would replace it (after testing) with the correct AWA genuine remote control which he volunteered they had in stock. I then offered to pay additional for any difference in pricing, postage etc. So then with [Name Removed]' promises of fixing the issue I did return it by mail at my own expense. Then lapsed 5-6 weeks with no contact with Go Company or [Name Removed] and no promised genuine remote in the post or advice of what I had to pay extra. I then sent [Name Removed] a polite reminder email stating what he had promised and what had happened. I had no response to that email other than a partial refund from Paypal appear in my account several days later. Then followed a series of exchanges between us where [Name Removed] became increasingly irrational and he refused to supply the remote he promised. Your a rude person [Name Removed] and you tell porkies. Don't deal with this company (or [Name Removed]). They are liars and you will "do" your money and waste your time.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE – I ordered a Sony TV remote to replace an original. The replacement model worked perfectly. The service and communication from the company was faultless. A very happy customer. From my experience I recommend the company.

great service – i order a new remote for my T.V DVD combo on the 22/09/20 and i received it on the 24/09/20. i could not work the DVD side of the remote so i rang them up and they where happy to explain everything to me. great company with super fast delivery.

Quick service, delivered over night to Sydney – Twice now I have had to purchase a remote for my Samsung TV as my dogs think they are chew toys!! Both occasions I received the genuine Samsung remote, delivered overnight to Sydney. Couldn't ask for any better service!! Thanks!!

Exploiting customers, delivered incorrect item and refused to refund – I ordered LG magic remote, wch is oval in shape and they delivered square remote. I called them before opening the plastic bag. They asked me to check if the remote is compatible and it was not. They requested for TV model , I didn't know about it as I purchased my TV 2 yrs ago. After I provided them with the information. They wanted me to pay shipping expenses to return and shipping expenses to resend new one. They are refusing to accept they did not send the remote I ordered.. even if I ordered incorrect one for the TV. They delivered completely different one. And they are refusing to accept they made a mistake. Instead they are bullying me by saying I am horrible person and I need medical help. Currently I am without work and these vendors are acting in unjust way. I am voicing my issue and I will write letter to fair trade NSW. I may not achieve anything but I would like ppl to know this company was unjust dealing with me.

Excellent online sales company, situated in Brisbane – I required an older model replacement TV recorder remote. After looking online at sites, I sent a contact message to Go Company/TV Remote Controls for further information. Had an instant email with exact item available (and also offering further support in case there were problems with my existing TV settings). Received the remote (which was already programmed) on the second day! (Tasmania). Extremely efficient and friendly service.
