Just love GoFax! – Easy to use, great to be notified if a fax hasn't gone through and the reason why, so easy to re-send a fax if necessary. On the rare occasion I have had an issue, I have been able to ring and speak to a real person very quickly. They have always resolved my problem in a flash! Very reasonably priced too! Show reply

Saved my Bacon – Left it last minute to submit my Canadian tax via fax on a long weekend. Fax didn’t go through first try at the post office, then found these guys. They are way cheaper than the post office and so easy to use. Show reply

Great service and easy to use – I joined up today and the process was very easy. There was an initial glitch sending a fax when my account said no credit. A call to customer service was answered immediately, no time on hold, and they told me they had already noticed the problem. It was fixed instantly and everything works perfectly. Brilliant Service – I'm extremely impressed with GoFax. Unfortunately we had issues and long delays in getting our fax line ported across due to our previous provider (nothing to do with GoFax). GoFax staff were helpful, patient and continually followed up to make sure this got achieved. Certainly went above and beyond in helping us get our fax line sorted.

Gofax is Great - Perfect Choice – Converted to Gofax in readiness for nbn connection. Very easy to activate, were able to port and retain our long standing fax number - transition seamless with only about 1 hour downtime at actual time of porting number. Day 2 everything working perfectly. Multiple users across business with no issues.

A pleasurable experience – We have transferred a number of offices over to GoFax over the past year with little effort. The GoFax support team are highly efficient, explain the process well and are quick and thorough in their responses to enquiries. The actual service is great too, easy to use and much better than the old fax system. Based on my experience I would highly recommend GoFax.

Great product, great service – Have been running a send service with Gofax for a while, and from today, have ported the old number in for a full send and receive function. Working great! The support in reaching this point has been personal, patient and effective. So pleased now to be saving a few trees!

Great service and not expensive – We recently upgraded to cloud-based integrated communications using SHDSL and lost the ability to send faxes (receiving by fax-to-email was available). Despite being fax essentially obsolete there are a handful of businesses, mainly Centrelink and medical practices, who apparently prefer fax for security reasons. We started with GoFax in July. It is reliable, convenient, easy to use and not expense. It's easier than a traditional fax: it's done from your PC. No need print a hard copy and walk to the fax machine. Highly recommended.

Simple and Easy to switch to – I had an efax from a service provider that was closing their business and had to move (port) the number across to another provider which I did to GoFax. They set me up with a temporary number, which was great, though not needed at that time. The number was ported across and all happened in about a week, excellent service and support so far, totally recommend these guys. Cheers/John  Show reply

Very good experience – I changed my phone system to a VOIP system and needed a new fax provider. Awful reviews for efax led me to look for an alternative. That's how I found GoFax. My number ported over today. I have spoke to and/or had email correspondence with their staff at least a dozen times due to how difficult Telstra made the experience. My experience with service at GoFax has been 100% positive so far. I am a very happy customer and will recommend them.

Great service, nothing was a problem – Provided a great service, in a prompt and efficient manner and kept in touch throughout the process. Great value for the few faxes that we still receive and they are in Australia!

This is what I expect in 2016 in terms of service, friendliness and a no-frills service that does what they say. Take note Telstra, you could learn heaps from these guys!
