Do not use this company, I went to the Karingal store a couple of months back realised after going to another gold buyer that I was ripped off badly. Lucky I did not take all my jewellery to them, I took the rest to an independent gold buyer and got an amazing price. I knew my gut feeling was right .

Do not use this service. Their standard rate is approx 30% of the spot price, which they call "recycling rate". That is an abysmal con, anyone that sells for rhs rate is being taken advantage of. Go to a proper gold dealer or even pawn shop and receive a genuine market offer.

Went to Werribee had $900 worth of gold, they offered me $400 what a joke. Drove to the city and got $893 for my gold. They rob the old and vulnerable trying to persuade that the give “the best price” “good luck getting better in the city” Get a life

Extremely low rate offered. Please shop around – Gave a very low price $800 for 29 gram of 18kt at Forest Hill store. This indicates a rate of $27.5 / gram of 18kt where other buyers have rates of $78 - $82 per gram of 18kt listed on their websites. I would say this is predatory.

A good experience – The ladies were lovely and I got a good price . I would recommend golden green . They also have a great charity for breast cancer , very impressed. I will be going back there.

Poor $$$ for gold, – Offered me $170 for old broken gold jewellery and I ended up getting $470 elsewhere. Would not advise doing business with these people as they will not give you a good price

Rip off!!!! Dont go golden green miranda – Took all my jewellery they only want to pay me $275 then went to other jewellery shops i sold it for $700. They crap! Never ever gonna go back there!!!!!!!

Theives – Took an 18k diamond eternity ring in. Was told the diamonds were cubic zirconia and offered $118. Took it to a different reputable place and was paid $340 for my DIAMOND and gold ring. These people are theives who prey on the naiive and desperate. Despicable.

Do not go! They will rip you off – Went to the one in werribee plaza and got 600 for all of my stuff then afterwards found out i could have gotten almost 1500 for my stuff elsewhere. I was frustrated I had not thought of doing my research first. She even said she was giving me the best deal which was obviously total crap. They dont do refunds either so once the deal is done thats it. Seller beware!

retail mark up on jewellery is anywhere between 200%-1,000%. What did I get, below my top expectation but higher than my bottom expectation. Cash paid on the spot. Overall, I was happy with Golden Green.

Rip off – Offered me very little, I said can’t you do any better. Amazing got an extra $38.00. Still really low money for what I gave over the counter. Said she had to ring her boss for approval, believe it to be a fake call.

Complete scam – I get harassed every time I walk past and the employee started pointing at things on me telling me I could sell them to her! Poor business model which relies on scamming the needy

Very bad customer service – Need to train staff as they dont know how to answer a qustion properly. Very bad service from fountain gate. Should never go there and they are not genuine and theives.

Thieves and layers – They ripped me off big times payed me more than half of what my gold was worth. I was stupid to go to them not informing myself so i lost money to those people. So regretting it and after they had the decency to ask me to recommend them to my friends. So mad.

Total rip off – Was offered a small amount. Refused to sell to them. They were trying to pressure me to sell left store with my gold. Then went to cash conveters and even thou was 30% less then the market price was offered over double what goldengreen offered I would not recommend them to anybody for any product Was not impressed at all

Taken advantage of – Absolutely appalled by the way I was treated and taken advantage of.Do not sell your gold to these thieves - They buy it off you for close to nothing and sell it at more than double the price. It was my mistake for not doing any research before hand, and when I went back they refused to give it back - I even offered to give them money on top of what they gave me and they refused. do not make the same mistake as I. Unfair – This business in Knox City shopping centre (bottom level) treated me poorly. They were dishonest and took advantage of my lack of knowledge. Don't sell gold to them! once she has weighed your gold. They have no integrity and behave unethically. My bad experience was at Knox City Shopping Centre. In hind site i should have gone to any of the number of gold buyers in the city who are transparent and tell you upfront what their rate is. They also deal in led lights and mobile phones. BEWARE and learn from my mistake! If you choose to use them understand that they will never pay you what gold buyers such as those in the city will.
