I went to Deagon Good Price Pharmacy today, Great chat and help today from the manager Julie. She explained medication then the Pharmacist. She is genuine and very real, also Julie helped me with vitamins and supplements! Funny thing is she sold me the deals in the front bins, deodorant and body wash. Even sold me toilet paper. always need to order in. I explained that to the young woman who took them from me. She told me that they would all be ready for collection today, Wednesday, 31 December. I went back this morning to collect my medication. After a few minutes of the young women serving me clearly being unable to find my medication the same person who took the prescriptions from me on Monday came over and asked whether I was sure I had left the prescriptions. I said I was, another woman asked me who took my prescriptions on Monday. I hesitated as I didn't want to appear accusatory of the woman standing with her. She asked if I could give them a description.. I said she was a young woman with Asian features. The woman who fitted that description said, I am the only person of that description and I did not take your prescriptions, I would remember you. I said that I was sure that the young woman had Asian features. She kept asking me if I was sure I had left them. I was becoming very distressed because a number of other staff kept coming over to me asking me whether I was sure I hadn't taken them to another pharmacy. None of them were taking any responsibility for misplacing my prescriptions.

I was made feel that I was not being truthful. Then after being interrogated by about 4 staff including the woman who took my prescriptions from me on the Monday, they threatened to call security. Fortunately for me, my husband arrived at this time. He knew I had left the prescriptions on Monday, but they continued to question that I had done so. Then after approximately 10 minutes they found my prescriptions. One of the woman then said, YOU LOST THEM. I didn't hear that. My husband did and said to her words to the effect: "Get this straight, you lost them and you found them". I asked for my prescriptions back and went to Good Price Pharmacy at Albion Park. The staff and the pharmacist there has always been helpful and courteous ( never superior, officious or patronising) and it carries my medication. It's simply not as convenient for us. My husband and I are both lawyers. We have never treated our clients with such disrespect.

Well Run Chemist – Been a customer of good price chemist Toongabbie for several years. All Staff are very helpful, kind and patient. This is one of the best chemist i have dealt with todate. Rude, Empty, dirty – Good Price Brendale is empty, dirty also three vitamin i picked up were out of date. Male manager was rude and the lady was not any better. Bad customer service.

Rude staff – Staff made fun of my partner buying period products from me, my period pains are so bad I can't leave the house to get items. I'm horrified how they would treat people's carers for people that have disability when getting products.

Pharmacist boundaries – There is a pharmacist who refuses to dispense scripted medication from specialists as she disagrees. She interrogates you with personal health questions in front of other customers. I took my scripts off her and won’t return. My partner did & she told him the medication was wrong - again from a specialist. I urge the owners to intervene as this is wrong.

with prescriptions in a tray are already lined up i think 15 trays. And its not moving. I a ask them why it takes too long, short staff the girl said, and they ask my medicare no. I said i forgot it. The chinese guy said i have to pay 10$. I ask why do i have to pay 10$. There is d script of the doctor. Luckily it was saved in my photos. I came back after having grocery and still not there. Cannot be trusted – Before they pack your items in the bag with the receipt check they have given you the correct ones as if they have not and you see the wrong item(s) when you get home they will not change to the item you asked for. If you go back they just say it’s their word against yours. I took the catalogue picture and still got the wrong product.

One of the worst chemists I have used – Always seem to find away to charge you more money, beware getting webster packs done at baldivis as if you need to add one tablet they will re pack the lot and charge you a repacking fee rather then just ask if you want to just use a box for that month. I told them I would wait for scripts to be done only to be left waiting 45 mins and they were sitting there fo who knows how long but they just didn't tell me. When I told them I was going to change chemist they didn't seem to card at all. that its meant to arrive to tell you that you got a refund since they did not have the item. I don't want a refund I want the item I purchased. Will never buy from them again, they should go out of business for poor service.

Will never buy from them again – I bought some items online, but on the delivery day the package was stolen, I contacted the company, but they have no sympathy at all, they didn't offer any help, they also asked me to contact their courier directly, terrible service.

email confirming 'your items have been refunded' and you will receive the refund back to the account within 3 working days. Therefore you should be aware that perhaps you too will go through the process of ordering items and paying for the goods, then as in my case five days later being advised that in fact none of the items you actually selected or ordered were in stock after all. This was the first and last time I will use this company as obviously no attention or updated information is applied to their website in regard to product availability. Perhaps Good Price Pharmacy feel that people have a lot of time on their hands at the moment to waste, but for me personally it was very annoying and something I will not repeat.

Wednesday that would be good (that was Tuesday today Its Friday and I just received a call to say it arrived )Remember the customer might not love you for bullshitting them, but your competitors will.

Most people realise things can go pear shaped with freight, however keeping a customer informed and not guessing isn't that difficult.

If any business can't supply a product, by the time they specified, call or text the customer don't make up an imaginary delivery time ( we too may be on a schedule and go else where which is what I decided to do.)

Discrimination! Do not shop here – Today, 31st August, 2021 at 5:15pm, I was refused service. I have a medical exemption and do not wear a mask. Edit: The area manager called me after I made complaint via their website. The store was acting not in line with Good Price franchise policies and action has been taken to correct this particular stores' management of this situation. I need to leave the rating as 1 star for the experience, but, I commend Good Price franchise upper management for identifying and correcting this stores behaviour. I won't be shopping at this particular store ever again, but I'd now be happy to shop at any of their other stores.

Significant Price hikes – Be aware the prices appear to have gone up significanly high similar to the prices of other pharmacies. May have reached the number of customers for business. For example, Gastrolite is either similar or cheaper in other pharmacies.

Wodonga store. Downhill since the changes under corona – The store has dropped the use of personal buzzers and gone to picking up scripts by quietly saying names, a system that doesn’t work. Left after a 30 minute wait.

Rude pharmacists. Horrible experience! – We called the pharmacy to get 2 epipens. I had the flu and was talking a little bit groggily. It was about to close in about 10 mins and the rude and extremely impatient pharmacist snapped back, "Sorry. I can't understand you. You're talking like a robot. Call back later." I was left annoyed, so I called another pharmacy and they gave it to us 1/2 price of what we usually pay at Good Price.

Prompt, accurate, wonderful – My items arrived exactly as ordered, carefully packaged, and in great condition. Above and beyond, I payed for Standard shipping and the items were sent Express, and so arrived several days before I expected them. I'm very pleased.
