Fraudulent business ripping businesses off and collecting ID from people. I pumped money into Ads and got nothing. Spent a fraction on Facebook and got a lot more enquires. don't they collect this information during the signup process? The Help Desk is non-existent. Clearly they don't want to be answering any awkward questions. Don't waste your money. You're better of letter box dropping than using Adwords.

Many of these are blatant frauds eg Hearing and Cooling devices that use 99% less energy etc, or dangerous medical claims. These blatantly deny the BASIC LAWS OF PHYSICS. Absolute scam!!! My business traffic plateaued after implementing Google ads. As soon as I used Google ads...Nothing. I had regular traffic each day. I sent them screenshots and they gaslight me saying "the figures are this and this". No figures on my end. Stay away. I had to close my bank account to stop them stealing my money

Be careful of google ad support. I have access to a india based company google account manager who constantly changes to new people all of whom have average skills and whom I'm pretty sure have never personally managed an account. sell and to put you into the holes they want e.g. lets say you want to be put in front of "x" but they have someone searching something close or have too many adverts for "x", there will be some "maximize" your account and adverts button somewhere which will put your advert in front of "y" and you won't know until you get a query for something you don't do. Its done through a process of Chinese whispers e.g. I'm concrete tanks, I only want to be in front of people who want concrete but google says geeeezzz there are a lot of king tank inquiries lets put him / her there, only thing is King tanks are made of poly and 1/10th the cost. I'm in Albury, Albany is a close match lets put him in front of people 4,000kms away in Albany even though he has locations showing only east coast Aust. I spent a huge amount of time carefully doing keywords and adverts and other assets they asked for and google has completely ignored that and put me where its easiest for google to earn $$$$. Powerful tool but the odds are stacked against you.

So dodgy.. misleading advertisement of $600 free credit when signing up, but this is only after you spend $600. Was actually charged $600 for the ad but apparently a week after promo period ended so no credit. Could not understand a word the person that called me in response to my email said to me

Worst experience of my life. Paid over $500 to promote something which gets sent to spam bots who do not interract whatsover. Total waste of time and money.

I give 1 star because it's not possible to give 0. Absolutely useless. I am paying for ads and I can't preview what they look like and whether they are displayed or not. I organised a call with a so-called expert that never bothered to come to our scheduled meeting. I have suspended my ads because I can't see what I am paying for. A real scam.

Terrible customer support – Terrible customer support, call center is in India, they don't understand what I am saying and I cant understand them, I asked the lady to put through someone else, but she wouldn't , I asked her to put me through the survey to enter how was my experience, she put it through a different language so I don't understand and complete the review

Worst customer service in the world – Google ads is yet to unsuspend our main verified ASIC registered companies account although the reason for the suspension was lifted namely merchant centre was suspended by mistake. unsuspend our account to 16 days we rely heavily on ads to drive customers to our website for revenue. We also received a spam email 3 days after the manual suspension to help us remove the suspension the thing is that only Google ads knew about the suspension we purposely never complained anywhere until recently. Their support for a 3 trillion dollar company is absolutely atracious. We have been using google as a paid advertiser for many years and now we can't even use live chat or phone support just a bunch of useless copy and past responses from support that seem not to know why accounts are being suspended

Google the keywords for in your page so those searches reflect hits ,do it wrong or incorrectly all your money paid goes into cyberspace Google don't offer and log in help just a pile of help questions only some Google tech can answer or understand. If you are unsure don't bother with SEO they are on there way out because of AI if you go through each item in the dashboard slowly it all comes together and remember every $2 you spend should return you 1 enquiry If u don't see it go back and tweak the dashboard it does work and remember everyone cannot be on a number 1 listing so dont fall for the line so many weeks promise the only way you get there is by spending more money

So damm difficult – Have been trying for over a month to make a payment to my google ads account which has been suspended for non payment. Went on line around in circles, now need to wait for a call back after pretending I was a new client. This has been such a stressful experience

Google ads beware. Misleading FREE ad offer cost me nearly $900 and no sales – I added a new listing to Google Maps and was directed to a free $600 trial google ad offer. After paying $600 - I was subsequently eligible to receive small sums of credit - ie spend another $100, get $20 etc. I spent one hour on the phone to a google rep to find out what happened to my "free" offer. I think we were both speaking English, his explanations defied logic! But clearly revealed misleading, manipulative, expensive sales funneling processes. To add insult to injury, the google ads did not deliver even one sale.
