Scam Disgusted – Placed and paid order in early December. Have sent several emails to see where the order is. No reply what so ever. No customer service at all. Very unhappy with this company if they are actually a business at all.

Stay away, don't buy from Gravid AU for your own Sanity – I placed the order on 25th Aug based on website marketing that they expedite the delivery and you can receive it as early as next day. now chasing them again for the remaining order. The blanket is good hence I gave them 2 stars, however honestly it's not worth your time or sanity. This company has horrid customer service and false marketing on their website. Please make informed decision.

DO NOT BUY - ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE – Stay away from this company. It's almost a month and I DID NOT receive my ORDER. They will bill you immediately after placing the order and who knows/if when you'll receive your order. I also bought route protection with the order

Great customer service – I have bought of the blankets from gravid. Unfortunately, mine was leaking glass beads, but a chat with the online team and a couple of emails and I was refunded the amount. Superb customer service, greatly appreciated and was very hassle free

Great blanket – I bought my "Gravid" weighted blanket about two months ago and it is on my bed every day. I used the table on the website to find out the recommended weight and bought my blanket according to the recommendation. I think it is perfect. the cover which prevents it from crunching up and slipping to the side. I understand that other blankets are attached by tying the weighted blanket to the cover at the corners.

I did have considerable problems attaching the blanket to the cover with the zippers. They somehow did not seem to work and did not seem to match. I used the blanket without it being zipped up to the cover and it flopped around. So, at about 3am, half asleep, I got up and tried again. I don't know what I did wrong during the day, but a 3am I managed to zip it up in no time and had a perfect sleep!

If zipped blankets cost extra it is definitely a worthwile added cost. The zippers keep the blanket in place. I bought the blanket as well as a blanket cover. The velvet top looks great on the bed too.

I never had any sleep problems, so can not comment on whether or not it improves sleep. I just prefer it now to the bulky doona. Surprisingly, it also keeps the temperature quite even, not too hot and not too cold. I would recommend the "Gravid" weighted blanket.
