Great online shopping guide, service – Fast reply quick at getting parcel out for delivery easy to access on kogan app what l required dyson hot ,cold air ,purifier filters great prices also for budget But most of all they are heaps cheaper then big names stores .
Scam Site – Money transfer done yet no reply or tracking info. Enquiries met with stone cols silence. Do not use these scammers! Any reviews saying otherwise have been written by themselves or been payed for.

Don’t do it. It’s a scam – I bought a small animal hutch as a gift for our sons birthday. It was extremely delayed. Declared lost by the courier intact. frustrating. The wood was as thin as balsa wood, used in model making. It was supposed to be weather proof, I think the piggies would stand a better chance in the cardboard box in weather than the hutch we bought. Joins were cut & didn’t match. Screw heads were stripped so was impossible to tighten the joins. Parts were chipped, cracked, dented & flaking.... what kind of wood even flakes?! I emailed [name removed] again who offered a partial refund which was so low it was pointless & offensive. I had the option to take her menial refund or dismantle it, repackage it & pay return postage (which would cost more than it’s worth) and then once they assessed it, even though I’d sent photos I would get a refund. I’m left out of pocket, with a damaged, faulty product and no chance of a refund. Do not waste your money or time.

Enquiry reponse was LAZY – I made an enquiry saying 1) does the bed come in king size 2) cost? They replied with a link to their website (where i sent the enquiry from). Unbelievable. I replied saying as much they replied "sweet" and ended the chat. Grrr

November 26th 2019 Update: Best Store Ever!
I recently bought a whole new bedroom suite and I am in love! It came super fast and was such a good buy. Now I've got a brand new queen sized bed, two side tables and a set of drawers. And I didn't have to become broke for this either! Great prices and excellent service. 10/10 would defiantly shop again!!

Horrible – Worse seller ever. Stated 3 to 5 working days but item taking 2 to 3 weeks to deliver. Refuse to reply your msgs.... everyone please avoid !!! Seller should be banned from Gumtree.

you don't want questions asked then they shouldn't offer the option of online customer service). Have purchased electric ride on from them and I regret it - after sales care is non existent!
