We had Greenwiring put solar panels on our house and two of our relatives some years ago and all aspects of the job were excellent with great follow up. Today we asked Steve to call on us to give us some advice. A more honest and genuine person you could not meet, thanks so much. We had a rental property and had Steve out again to quote, however the tenant refused to allow anyone to install them at the premises. (Strange person) Steve was very understanding and was more than happy to hold off for us and wait for an outcome ! Four months later our tenant moved out and we had the panels installed. The two installers that came out were great and very helpful. Clean and tidy all the way !

Beware the Snake Oil Salesman – Green Wiring visited my house to give me a quote for a solar system. They asked what I wanted and I told them that I wanted, amongst other things, a system that had the ability to monitor consumption. been quoted and I told him. I even told him what price I had been quoted. He said that the Fronius inverter, although more expensive, was a far better product as it was manufactured in Europe and provided everything, and more, than the Chinese inverter that I had been quoted. The Snake Oil Salesman persuaded me to go down the more expensive inverter route on the clear understanding that, I thought, I was still getting what I had been quoted by the other provider, "and more".

I signed a one page Contract with them which had the words ``Consumption meter discussed - Yes" and a date by when the installation had to take place as I was leaving for overseas on holiday. After the installation, which took place on the agreed date without any real problems, I went onto the Fronius website to monitor the solar production and compare it with my household consumption only to find that I was not able to monitor consumption. I phoned the Snake Oil Salesman to ask him what I was doing wrong as I was unable to monitor consumption. He advised that a consumption meter was not included in the price and to install one would cost $750. Alternatively, he said, I could go online and purchase a third party consumption monitor, which was easy to install, for a fraction of the price.

I sent Green Wiring an email explaining that I had not received what had been 'sold to me' and in addition the installers had dislodged a number of roof tiles that required rectifying. I told them that I would be deferring the payment until we had jointly resolved the issues at hand. I received no response, either by phone or by email, over the following 4 days before I flew out to the UK. I received an email 6 days after I left the country stating that they had entered my property and rectified the roof tiles and disconnected the system! They claim that they unsuccessfully attempted to contact me by phone so they took it upon themselves to enter my property and decommission the system. Their action is tantamount to trespassing in my book and as such they illegally gained access to my property.

I have since paid for the installation in full although I am far from happy as I strongly believe that I have been conned. So my advice to anyone that is considering using Green Wiring is beware the Snake Oil Salesman and make sure that the Contract that they ask you to sign includes everything that you think you are getting because if you don't they will have an excuse to get out of something

Extremely disappointing . Stay away from Green wiring. WARNING WARNING – Please treat it as a warning....!!!. The installation team is not doing their work properly. Poor communication . They wont pick up the phone call if you tried to contact them once after installation and payment. Please stay away from Green wiring. I'm about to take it up with consumer court for installation related issues.

Very helpful rep and efficient and friendly installers – Purchased solar panels July 2017. The rep was very knowledgeable and efficient. He answered all our questions. The three young installers were very experienced and friendly. We are very happy with the solar panels, Inverter and price. I have happily recommended Green Wiring to family and friends.

refer to a friend (didn't really know what he wanted) and he went with another company as this was "too costly" he basically was quoted for the best of the best. Know what you want, do some research as this isn't a $10 purchase and ask questions to the sales rep. He was very helpful in my experience :)

Excellent Solar Panels and Fantastic Customer Service – From Steve who came out to quote to the 2 installers who came out to install the solar panels - all very friendly, knowledge and professional. My husband and I are very happy with the Solar Panels we purchased through Green Wiring and super impressed with the service.

Everything went well, their after sales service is fantasic – I have had good after sales service from them when our unit faulted. They were clear about everything pre-sales and during install. We are very happy. They are not the cheapest bust still a good price.

Very disappointing outcome – I contacted green-wire as it had good ratings on a solar website. The appointment that was made over a month in advance was cancelled due to western power not replying in time? if you have children around. The solar install i was told was to be done in a day took 2 days 3 days apart. Within a week of the installation some equipment was stolen from the rear of my property, coincidence? Oh and finally the really good deal i negotiated with the rep turned out to be about the "normal price for that system" so i was told by someone in the company. Still waiting for my receipt for payment.
