I bought this as a treat to make a quick batch of pancakes. Absolutely terrible. Thin watery batter (I had to add my own flour to make it thicker) and fell apart when trying to flip them. Doughy uncooked taste, although they were cooked through. Nothing good at all to say about these. Show details

If I could have left zero stars I would. This product is not fit for purpose. The pancakes are claggy and don’t hold together. Take for ever to cook for some reason and almost impossible to flip. Definitely not using this brand again. Show details

Nice bottle, very poor contents – Product does not work. Looked more like something the cat brings up every few months. Stodgy lumpy mess that would not come out of the bottle, watered it down to help lubricate its exit from the 'shaker' and things went from bad to worse. Garbage – Absolute garbage I have never had a pancake mix look so watery and utterly unable to be used. Rubbish brand and they really need to work on it because my goodness what an absolute joke! WILL NOT recommend anyone to buy this brand utter rubbish!

I'd rather just eat gluten! – Straight up, the worst pancake mix to work with. Tastes fine but it's absolutely impossible to keep their shape, they just end up looking like scrambled eggs. they also burn very very easily. HORRIBLE. Can’t be cooked. Disgusting waste of money – As all the other reviews state, these pancakes get stuck no matter what you do. Doesn’t matter how much butter or which pan. Waste of money and time I can’t believe they are able to be sold. Very irritated. Get any other brand but this, I’ll be getting breakfast elsewhere now and barring this horrible brand. The recipe should be changed – We usually buy Coles brand GF pancake mix but I like to try different brands so I tried Greens. These are not nice at all and we had to throw away the cooked ones and the rest of the mix. There is way! too much sugar. And the consistency is so thin. picture, but even with less water, they were still a really thin liquid and had no substance when cooked. They wouldn't make a round shape. I'm not meaning to be harsh but they were just awful and the recipe needs to be radically adjusted.

Perfect packaging - terrible results – Following the instruction the mix looked promising. However the pancakes did not turn up nothing like the picture. They all burned and remained uncooked. I gave up after 4 tries. Tried low heat and more oil results were the same. Used the same frying pan I always used for my own home made pancakes. Better make your own not worth the money
