Greensmart Pot

They work OK BUT – I was given 2 greensmart pots for my birthday, while the pots worked OK. After just over 12 months the lid of the filler became brittle and fell apart, the writing on the filler becomes faint and unreadable over time. With freight, The cost of the replacement filler was $24.00 (over 1/3 the cost of a new pot) I changed the filling system of both pots for under $5
Fantastic except for the nut design – I've bought 15 of these and the design for planting is excellent. The instructions are clear for how to build and grow veg and herbs. The only part that's badly designed is that you need a large shifter spanner because the nuts aren't designed to be tightened by hand and the plastic is hard to grip. I used a shifter and broke the spout thread. Overall: great! But designer needs to improve nut tightening.
Greensmart pots - awesome self watering pots – I've been using a Greensmart pot for a couple of months now and I'm a big fan, there's no weeding, no worrying about underwatering, overwatering or forgetting to water your plants and you can grow herbs and vegetables on your balcony.
