After approximately one week of use, my husband began experiencing adverse symptoms, including dizziness and digestive issues. We immediately stopped using the product. I contacted the company to request clarification regarding product safety, certification, and eligibility for a refund. The response I received stated that the product was of “proper quality” and that no refund would be issued due to the product being opened and used. Given the symptoms experienced and the lack of clear regulatory transparency, I believe consumers should exercise caution when considering this product.
