Greenwood Leather Wilson Weekender Bag
MPNs: GW12795BLK, GW12795BRN and GW12795SAN2 reviews
Bag looks great, but the build quality is suspect and post-purchase support has been non-existent. I purchased the bag in 2024. While carrying a 16" laptop (2.2kg) and it's power supply, the strap failed (see photo). Luckily I was holding onto strap and prevented the bag from falling to the ground. Disappointing, but also understand that this could happen. Unfortunately I've tried reaching out to Greenwood for over a month to get some resolution (happy to even pay for a new strap), but I haven't received so much as an acknowledgement.
Given the price of the bags (not expensive, but not cheap) and the fact that I also have a Timbuk2 bag that's lasted over 15 years at this point, I can't recommend that this company provides a good value product.

The product that arrived was not as advertised. Completely different interior lining to the one pictured on the website. No indication on the website description that internals may be different to the picture you look at on the website. Different colour, different interior pockets. I would not have chosen this product had I known. Have contacted the company. I’m not holding my breath to hear back. All great reviews on the website, of course . Leaving this review so others may be warned, as I only found glowing reviews when I researched before buying. I was stupid to trust. Steer clear.
Follow-up · Contacted the company asking them to rectify but received no reply… as expected from reading other reviewers who had issues with their purchased product. After sales service is non existent with this company.
