Grosby Women's Court Shoe

Beware of The Shoe Sizes! I purchased Grosby Black Shoes from Big W. Both pairs are size 9. I always wear a size 9. I have purchased both of these style of shoes before and they always fit. Not this time! You would expect that if the shoes are the same brand, very similar shape, same size, they should fit! THIS IS NOT THE CASE. In the photos you will see, the Grosby Ivy Heel with the cream lining and Grosby Women’s Court Shoe with the red lining, they look very similar yet the Grosby Women’s Court shoe with the red lining are smaller. Very disappointing as they do not fit.

I’ve contacted Big W Customer support. I explained the issue. I also explained that I purchase items online as I am unable to get to one of their stores and the response was to take the shoes back for a refund or replacement to the store I’m not able to get too!

PLEASE look at the photos, as you can clearly see there is a size difference.
