Grounded Packaging

Highly deceptive business – I ordered the sample pack and received two of the same samples, both having torn and randomized packaging with no indication of what I had just received or how I could re-order it on their website. Contacted them and was told they'll refund one of the orders and none of the broken bags in the one I kept but I had to pay for the shipping back to them for their mistake of sending me two.

Additionally, checked their import records, and it all comes from China anyway, there's no innovation here, just a heap of trademarked buzz words to look like they legitimately do research and development on their products.

And if you don't believe me, look at their Linkedin team, only Sales, Marketing, and Logistics roles. Plus, have only been an active company for less than 3 years. Don't fall for the Greenwashed scam guys.
