Hafco Metal Master HM-54GV

Having a Great Time – This Milling Machine, I have found to be very accurate , long as you use it correctly. The main reason for selecting this model, is because it operates on a standard 240V power supply and has a standard 3 pin plug, so it can be plugged into any standard power point. This Mill to myself has a Major feature of not only a vertical Spindle, but also has a horizontal spindle, which a lot of bigger more expensive mills don't have. Also this Mill has a Variable Speed motor coupled through a proper gear box. The vertical Spindle operates from a fan cooled 3HP motor. with the Horizontal Spindle with it's own motor, which is belt driven. The DRO has many features which can be easily read and can be switched between Metric and Imperial screens in an instant. I highly recommend this Milling Machine which I purchased through Machinery House. Kewdale, WA. who have excellent service and Sales People. When I purchased this Mill, I also purchased a "Y" & "Z" Power Feed assemblies, which I fitted with a lot of Patience. I had Machinery House send out one of their Top Electrition, who wired the Newly added Power Feeds. For this Review & other Hafco HM-54GV related items come down and have a look
