Haines hunter 535 ProFish

535 Profish Haines Hunter – Purchased new towards the end of 2013 with Honda 90 and SS prop. Top speed of 39Knots and very stable. Was unsure on motor size but honda 90 and this seems to work well. Don't need any more power to be honest but may fit hydrofoil on to help with initial pickup lost with the 4 stroke. Can feel the light hull when at speed in heavy chop but is ok. Looked around for a long time and decided on 535 and loaded it up with all the extras, the ability to tow behind standard vehicle is easy and the floor set-up worked for my needs, maining all fishing. Set up with anchor winch and HDS7 makes life and fishing easy as. Resale will hopefully still be strong on the HH but time will tell. Ease of towing, large talk, good fishing deck Slightly heavy steering, no cup holders
Ok 2019 and had the boat for 4 years. Ready for a bigger boat. Good room for myself and one other but more than that is a little difficult. One problem I had was a fractured fuel breather line under the floor resulting in 5L+ of fuel leaking into the boat. The line used was multipurpose and not fuel grade and could have ended up as a disaster!! I emailed HH about this and have had no reply at all so that is poor on their behalf. If the same hose has been fitted to the HH's they will inevitably have the same issue so I thought HH would appreciate the feedback even though the boat is 4 years old with only 80hrs on the clock.

To add to the above after months of use the motor could be bigger. Would love to put a 135 four on it but limited to 130. Had steering changed to hydraulic and is now super smooth and easy. Hasn't missed a beat.
