Awesome Product! – What a great product, the salesman was friendly and very helpful. I have been able to save some money thanks to this great loyalty card. I highly recommend purchasing the loyalty card.
I'd rate 0 stars if I was allowed – Steer clear of this company. They are either deliberately deceiving customers or have very poorly trained staff. After being told multiple times the service was included for the Midas Loyalty Card, I got my car serviced today to find out this is utter rubbish. The girl at Midas also said they had complained multiple times to the company that customers are being misled by these sales people. It is a complete an utter sham.
Scam Do Not Trust! – The salesman offered me the auto masters package and told me that $179 is all i will pay and that the services are full inclusive. I questioned this many times and he confirmed. This is incorrect. The leader of this scam is [Name Removed]. The number on the broacher is disconnected. I had to find the guy and go to great lengths just to get a refund but i feel the average [Name Removed] would just be scammed and have no chance at this.
Awesome product - I will be back! – - the product saved me hundreds of dollars and I found my long term mechanic! - the salesman was very polite and clear - I will be back to do business with these guys
This is a big scam – Big scam stay away give them nothing they only want your money ....address is fake so is the phone number on the brocher ......even website is dodgy A terrible company !!!!!!
Conned by the sales rep – Hannah Direct sold me an Auto Masters package and told me all labour was included. I questioned the guy over and over again and he confirmed that all labour was free and I would only pay for parts, Booked my service and when I came to pay the bill was huge. The owner of the workshop said many of their customers had been conned too.
This is a terrible company! – Never get any loyalty cards from them! They are liars! Their customer representatives roam in carparks and tell you falls info about it. I got trapped and lost my $180!! Their communication is poor!! They will never respond once you find out their services offered are fake! Never trust them!
Rip off and sell x – They just rip off by selling their product with wrong information. Will take this matter to consumer affair soon. While sellimg they say its refundable if you are not happy, and disagree for refund now.
You DON'T get what you paid for – Bought the ABS 'Loyalty Cert' for services but got charged full rates for 'free' labour and then discounted by $198. Owner says certificates were incorrect, out of date and that HannahDirect was told this when they sold it to us. Waiting for them to return my call...
Recommend – Great product! I saved nearly $600 on my car servicing. Just moved to the area and needed a mechanic. Came just in time and i could not turn the offer down. Definitely recommend getting one and doing your future self a favor.
Good Promotion, Great Service! – I recently purchased a voucher to try out the local mechanic (AutoMasters North Perth). I hadn’t bought anything from someone who knocked on my door before but my neighbour purchased one so I thought I’d give it a go and I was due for a service anyway. Bit skeptical at first as it seemed too good to be true. I didn’t have to pay a cent for the… Read more
labour cost of the service. Anyway went there, had my major log book service and got my wheels aligned and balanced and couldn’t be happier with the service. I still have 2 labour free services and a list of other things, which will save me heaps more but I’ll definitely be going back after that!
Great product. Did the job – Great product. I saved heaps. Thank you for your professionalism. I struggled for a while to find a good mechanic when I moved to Brisbane. I had two bad experiences. When I was offered this promotion I gave it a go and finally found a mechanic I could trust. Bridgestone Milton. I would recommend the product. Cheers
False Information – Bought a car service coupon and guy told it includes 1 year of road-assistance but turns out it's not included. Have to pay around $100 extra for it to RACV.
Brilliant product, saved me a heap of cash! – I purchased one of these Midas certificates for my girlfriend, it was her first car and we needed somewhere to take it! The rep who I spoke to was very clear and explained it all step by step, by the of our conversation I couldn't not buy it really, not very often you get free labour at a mechanic. The first time I took my car to Midas the manager… Read more
was awesome he really looked after us, and we saved $300 on the first trip buy using 3 different things on the certificate. Well worth the $169 we paid for it! I will definitely go back to Midas as we have 2 more services to use, and would definitely recommend this product to anyone! Saved me money and the mechanic was fantastic!

Very happy – I purchased a Midas loyalty certificate for $169. These vouchers are great! I was a bit sceptical at first but I definitely saved money, was really happy with my service and the young man that sold it to me was really nice and helpful. I’ve told family and friends and said they should get in touch with Hannah Direct to see if there is a voucher available in their area. Very happy!
Automotive Certificate – I bought a ABS voucher a couple of months ago. A young girl knocked on my door and told me about the certificate, after she explained everything about how they just want me to try them out. I decided to buy one. I was a bit vary at the start but after getting my Major service done at my local ABS mechanic I was very impressed. This is by far the… Read more
best and most cost effective way to get a service done.
I just wanted to say that the sales rep represented herself very well. Quodos to Hannah Direct which is the marketing company.
Thanks guys.
Please stay away total Rip-off – Bought an Automasters card from one of their salesman for $169 which includes few free services and few discounted major services. When went to one store they told me they will charge over $120 just for oil and oil has to theirs. I asked for money back it’s been more than 10 months now no refund. Finally going to consumer court and hopefully will get refund.
Bad Customer Service and DO NOT BUY their product!! – My boyfriend bought a pthe $169 dollar product and was told that he can just bring the car in for service but upon booking there were a lot of other charges. Therefore, I requested for a refund saying that the product is not as the salesman promoted and they agreed for the refund. Instead of using HANNAH Direct they used OVI DIRECT which should be… Read more
under the same company I think. It has been 11 months by now they have been delaying my payment. They said they have refunded and accussed me of lying and I have even sent then proof of transactions that I did not receive the money. They did not even apologise for their accusation and only offer to redo the refund. However, again it was not done. They said they have done it and I requested for a proof of transaction but they did not reply. I had lodged a consumer protection complaint and again they told the department that the payment was done and requested for a file close. They even said that if there are any enquiries I could call them but they would not pick up my call. Even after leaving voice message they would not call back nor reply my email. They are all about talk and not do!! Do not but their product, it is not as good as they sell it to be!! Do not get caught in their fake marketing or advertisement. Plus their service are really bad. Good deals do not exist with them!
Do not, do not buy there $169 car Service Coupon – They sale in cheap price, but there are lots of other costs involved when you drop off the car to the place they have nominated the place to do the service. Right now, I am going to want my money back. Hopefully, i have this money back. Be careful with these walk-in sales person. Do not trust them>>>
Misleading salesman – The salesman called [name removed] came to my work and was selling this coupon for Auto Masters. He said that the coupon would cover 1 major service and 3 minor services for $169. I went to Auto Masters straight after work and they explained that the coupon was only a discount, and there were no free services. If i knew this in the first place, i… Read more
wouldn't have accepted to pay for the coupon. This was very misleading and it is something that i would consider a scam. That $169 could have gone to an actual car service but i have been ripped off with my money and I will be going to consumer affairs about this. I will get my money back 1 way or another to anyone who works at Hannah Direct. To anyone who comes across a salesman that represents Hannah Direct, DO NOT agree to buy anything from them. If it sounds too good to be true it 99% likely will be so do not fall for any traps or cons these muppets offer.
Do not get there $170 all labour costs covered coupon – On the 7th of January I bought a coupon from a salesman that was offering all labour costs for all services and checkups free, it was $170 coupon which was a very reasonable price if it managed to not get you with any extra side charge, never got to find out because I spent money I didn't have and actually needed a refund on the coupon, so I rang… Read more
Hannah Direct, the company behind the sales of the coupons, they didn't answer there phone so I left a message, left it a day then rang the day after that, still no answer, so yet again I left it a day and rang again, still no answer, so I rang the head office and managed to get through to them, I asked them to patch me through to the Adelaide branch and they couldn't even get in touch with them either, so they said they'll leave them a message and get them to call me back, even though I'd left 3 messages from my previous 3 missed calls, I gave them a bit more time and left it a week and called them back, they finally answered, I explained the situation and the woman said no worries but I need to get my manager to clear it, I'll get him/her to give you a call back, I left it another week and still had not received a call, I called them again and I said I want my money back right now because I'm sick of being stuffed around like this, they said no worries just send back the postcard and the invoice through the post and we'll give you a refund, so I sent it in the mail and left it a week and a half, just in case the letter got lost in Madasgcar or whatever excuse they wanted to pull this time, still no refund, so I rang them again and said I'm sick of this I want my money back right now, the woman said she'd write a check as soon as she got the invoice and coupon from the file, which means it had probably been sitting there for a few days but they obviously didn't care, she was even said I'll call you back once I get the information out of the file, which I asked her simply are you actually going to call me back though? Because it's around the 5th time I've been told someone will call me back from this company and it has never happened, well she magically retrieved the info out of the file in a matter of seconds, which seemed so difficult that she was going to have to call me back beforehand... She said I've written up a cheque and I'm going to post it today, I simply said good and the phonecall ended there, this was on Tuesday the 16th of February, so it had been over a month and 1 week since I first rang them and they've actually made progress in refunding my money, well I then had to call back the following Monday because the Cheque hadn't arrived, she assured me that she had posted it after giving them yet another call, and sure enough, Hallelujah, the cheque was in my letter box on the 23rd of February, over a month and a half later, let's just say I was a few days shy of getting lawyers involved but bravo guys you got there eventually, I think a 4 year old could've sorted that out better, so if you have taken anything from this extremely long winded rant of mine, it is don't associate yourself with Hannah Direct in any way, shape or form, and to the Automasters people reading this I'd probably pick a different company to co-host the little coupon show you've got going on, because the company you're with now are beyond useless seeing as it took them over a month and a half to process a simple refund
