Hi Nicola, As part of our quality improvement plan, we recently made some changes to some of our supply sources. The change has contributed to the overall texture and taste of the final product, which is why it may have tasted slightly different. 

Though, we assure you that the core ingredients have not changed! The new changes we've implemented will not impact the way you have always consumed and enjoyed your Happy Way products. As well, we guarantee that any changes we implement go towards improving the overall quality of our products. Any changes we make are motivated by the feedback we receive from our customers. 

We apologise that you didn't enjoy the vanilla protein powder, and we appreciate your feedback. We pride ourselves on using natural ingredients and try our best to accommodate everyone and their tastes. But, as you may know, it can be quite tricky as we all have different palates.

Hello, thank you for your response.. the chocolate was the same as the vanilla and didn’t blend as well as it usually does.. Batch number for the chocolate is : 4386131020 07.14 R4 I ordered 2 chocolate’s with the same batch number and the vanilla is :4386030420 15.04 R4. I do appreciate your response. I have Happy Way every morning in life and really noticed a difference but as you say you can’t please everyone. Thank you
