Quality not so good but hard-core support was great – Don’t know whether to give two or three stars for this product. Seven months after purchase the controller no longer worked top marks for hard-core they supplied a new one fairly quickly. The blanket has now had nearly all its tiedown tags are ripped out unfortunate typical Chinese quality. I’ve had it 13 months now and is still working.

Hardkorr 200 watt solar panels – Absolute rubbish. Two panels both 4 years old so 12 months out of warranty and Hardkorr don’t want to know about it. Product was expensive so you assume you’re getting quality, has been lightly used and in as new condition but only puts out 3 amps of power. Have two of them that will be thrown out after 4 years…shame Hardkorr didn’t put a use by date on them.

Ounce bitten twice shy – Very disappointing ,not all these mats are good we have sent one back and then did tests on another we had ,it only produced half it was supposed to , unfortunately we didn’t realize this until it was just out of warranty. Pity we presumed we had a quality product and didn’t test it when it was new. Tip for everyone who has bought one test it .

Failed after two years on generates 3.8 amos – Very disappointed paid over $800 for supposedly quality product but only producing 3.8 amps charge rate in sunny 25 degree days. Not worth the money is just mutton done up as pig.

Failure of Hardkorr Crocskin solar 200 watt blanket – Worked well for 18 months then blanket started to work intermittently. Now complete failure of solar blanket. Not worth the money for a heavy duty solar blanket, Would not recommend this product to buy.

Still working after 4 years 200w blanket – I use it on AGM and Lithium Batteries. so long as there is some sun it works. Sometimes Some of panels are in the shade but getting Power from panels with sunshine, I use it on my Car (AGM auxiliary battery) plus change battery setting to Lithium on my 2 x 100ah Van batteries. Only fault it blows over when upright in strong wind so I leave it flat on the ground.

HardKorr Solar Blanket 200 Watt – My friend and I purchased the same 200 Watt blanket at the Cairns Show a year ago. We tested the performance on a 2 week camping trip a month later out to Lawn Hill (Western Queensland) . My blanket could only achieve half of the performance of my friends, we swapped each others cables/regulator/batteries/appliances etc, every thing we tried… Read more

resulted in the same result (HALF PERFORMANCE). I reached out to HardKorr and was instructed to send the blanket back for testing. After testing the blanket was returned saying that they could not fault it and it was within the tolerances. At the next Cairns Show I bought a second blanket with the logic that by staying with the same system I could increase my charging capacity with two blankets and generate enough power (my friends did it with One blanket). I tested the second blanket in a side-by side comparison with my original blanket. the result was the new blanket performed at twice the charging capacity of my original one. (SEE ATTACHED SOME OF THE PHOTOS I SENT TO PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF MY BLANKET PERFORMANCE - IF YOU ZOOM IN ON THE IMAGES YOU CAN EASILY SEE THE READ-OUTS - NOTE: IS SWAPPED POSITIONS OF EACH BLANKET IN BOTH PHOTOS OF REGULATOR READ OUTS TO SHOW NO CHANGE)

I have compared my friends and the new blanket and they perform almost exactly the same (both twice the performance of my original) I photographed the original trip performance side-by-side and my new blanket and sent the photo evidence back to HardKorr for further feedback. I received an email confirming receipt of my email on the 29th of May 2022. since then I have had no correspondence.

To add salt to the wounds, when I purchase the original blanket at the show, I bought the blanket/electrical lighting/battery box and a few other small items. I took all the items except the blanket while at the show and awaited the shipping of the blanket. When the blanket arrived I found they had doubled up on sending all the other items to me a second time. Doing the right thing I contacted them at the time and arranged for the items to be dropped at a local store of their choosing. I saved them hundreds of dollars by being honest and wish I had kept them in retrospect of how disappointed I am in their response to this matter.

Can't fault it – Did a couple of months across the Nullarbor and out to WA earlier in the year and the panel was incredible! Kept the beers cold, and the lights running - cannot fault it. We were seeing a good 11A pretty regularly on the regulator which was bloody awesome too. The best portable solar panel I've ever owned

Hard Korr 200w mat very dissapointing – Very dissapointed with the Hard Korr Croc skin 200w folding mat. Supposed to produce up to 11 amps. Mine has never got past 6.2 amps. The old Hard Korr mat I had produced 10 to 11 amps in good conditions but not the new model.

Product failure, lack of post customer care – Purchased this product it is meant to put out 11amps but Mine has produced 2 - 0 amps. Approached company but was given very disappointing customer service . I would have thought the product would be working , only purchased in July 2019.

Great flexible product – Have been using this product now for a few months and it is a beauty. As it folds out, it is easy to set up ( can set all cables etc before powering the cells) once ready just open the 2 folding panels out and off you go. Build is good and ability to work when part shaded is great. I made my own frame to angle towards the sun using an… Read more

adjustable tent pole and 2 small legs HOWEVER it is so efficient have never used it after initial test.

I must admit that I did not buy their controller but us a Victron MPPT 75/15 and having all controlled via my phone/iPad works for me.
