Zero Stars; Beware – Do not do business with this company. They are thieves. I had my measurements taken by a professional tailor and they still sent me a poor-fitting suit. When I asked them about reimbursement for alterations, after a series of confusing copy-and-paste responses, they told me to send it back. That was nearly three months ago. I paid them $332 and I have nothing. They’re thieves. My bank’s fraud division is working to get my money back.

Withholding owed $$$ – Have ordered 3 jackets recently. 2 delivered and are ok, but not great sizing/quality. 1 never sent. Unable to get them to refund the money for the additional jacket after many, many attempts. Customer service is woeful. They mostly ignore you or respond rudely. They have simply stolen my money now.

Fraud and Sham – Studiosuits & Harrysuits are the same company and are A TOTAL FRAUD!! Their product is crap, their customer service even worse. jacket that was made of defective fabric! I was promised a partial refund, in writing, never received it. Refused to refund on the faulty jacket. I have filed complaints with every agency I can find. Stay very far away. They use garbage fabric, workmanship is awful, customer service a joke.

trousers were too snug, and the coat a little large. After my wife let the trousers out 3/4 inch, and I (a mere male?) moved the coat buttons (with proper shanks, I add) about an inch, the suit was wearable but not perfect. So I contacted Harry Suits and asked for a better solution. After a bit of two and fro they offered to re-make the suit to ''altered'' measurements, adjusting for tailoring errors.

The remake arrived in roughly three weeks, and is a perfect fit...no alterations at all required. Just as importantly I love the light weight super 120s blended wool. It will be perfect for my son's June (summer) wedding in London.
