Havana Avenli Victory Inflatable Spa

My spa want stay blown up – I’m hoping I can buy just the hot tub/spa as I heart my pop when I was blowing it up. Now it won’t stay up once I finished blowing it up. I’m so terribly upset as this is the best money I have ever spent and I dearly love my Havana spa and I’m heartbroken. My spa would be 3yrs old. Leaking water – Fitting have leaked from the first time of use. Would be better if the fittings were outside the inflatable spa. Show details

Absolutely shocking customer service – Purchased during lockdowns in mid 2021, immediately problems with leaking but was manageable. Got worse within a few months - have tried contacting Havana spas on their online form, multiple times via email, and even on their fb page. Not a single reply, Poor quality products - they will sell to you and then you won’t be able to even contact them for assistance! Winner of the shonky award Show details

Absolute rubbish – Had endless trouble with spa leaking, was sent replacement pipes, then started leaking underneath. Emptied three times to try and find leak but nothing. Was sent a replacement spa, had no problems but then the filter system started leaking. Tried endless times to contact Havanna Spas, with no luck. Told them I wanted to return and have a refund but never heard back from them. Save your money and buy a Laz-y-spa. Show details

Faulty product no contact – Purchased product late November, it started leaking immediately. Rang before Christmas no answer. Rang after Christmas no answer. Filled in on line form early January no response. Sent direct Email late January no response. Sent follow-up Email last week no response. This company do not support their products. Looks amazing, works a treat, had it nearly a year now. After sales support awesome – Bought because I need to do hydro therapy exercises. We are in Qld so it heats up fast for us. Initial pool kept leaking and after sales support we amazing with spare parts and ideas, and then a replacement pool. Fittings and pump all great. love it too. Setup is incredibly simple. Care also super easy. I used some Kmart exercise pads as extra insulation under the cover to keep heat in. So happy I bought this

filled with water i run into a problem as a T joint pipe was not secured and blew off! This is always the test of the companies who sell these things, backup support! I have to say Havana passed this test with flying colours, Peter attended to phone call straight away and gave all the help and support i needed to remedy problem. I would recommend if you purchase one of these units check that all fittings are secure before filling, factories do make errors. Anyway sorted problem and filled with water, i was really impressed with just how solid the sides are, the quietness of the pump/heater unit and pressure of the air jets, not as strong as traditional spa but more a gentle massaging action, awesome. I recently had a cervical spine operation and the massaging effect on my neck is just bliss! Would i recommend? Yes i certainly would, the pool looks and works great and the support and advice from Havana excellent and a good warranty as well. If you take the plunge like we did you will be very pleasantly surprised.
