Years ago these people built a Website & did SEO for me, we did have a glitch here & there, I was new to the whole website world marketing and sales i didn't have a clue, everything seemed very stressful. When I look back at the charts and sales, they were the best service for money ive ever spent yet nobody has ever come close, I was sold out of products fast and could get enough quick enough, the phone didn't stop ringing too. I felt the pressure of the contract and didn't understand how understanding they actually were at the time. My negotiation skills were minimal. To think I've just spent 11k on a new website & seo and its still not even performing at half the rate there's was in the first month. I wrote this because I wrote a poor review & have since removed it a while ago. I feel its the right thing to do & write this one. Im sorry if my past review caused any problems or lose of sales. For that seo there was payed adds too, i didn't know about, bloody great Value & bang for your buck. You can see the drop in the charts when I left Have a look websites, Imagine how good things could of been if I had stuck with them.
Not what they used to be. Don't reply to emails for weeks – AVOID this compaany. I moved over to Havealook about 4-5 years ago, and I found them excellent to deal with initially. They were attentive and very helpful. In the last 12 months, it has been a battle to get any response from them and their customer service has deteriorated. I susepct that as they have grown they have lose the ability to perform at their previous levels. I would not recommend them, especially for commerical customers; we have had huge issues with certificates and they go weeks (18 days) without replying to emails. Please avoid.
Easy to update – I engaged Have A look Websites to re vamp my old Website. The pricing was explained on the phone and pricing was emailed. The email was very clear as to what you get for your package. John was great with the sales. The support team where very helpful. Narelle from support was extremely helpful and helped me get my email records with the company who host my domain sorted. Connie and Rebekah from Design have been very helpful and implemented my changes. Only thing I didn’t like was that there is no demo or screen shots of the site before it goes live. I would recommend Have a look to build or re vamp your site. I find the back end very easy for updating content

Keep away – Keep Away!! Delivered an incomplete website with irrelevant content then started asking for thousands of $$ Facts about this operation: 1. You will never own the site 2. you have to come up with content 3. they simply copy and paste it from a questionnaire 4. CMS is crap!! i couldnt even change my company phone number. they had filled some random number in the contact page, and then i started getting calls from the number owner to remove it from my site which couldnt be modified. 5. i took down the domain a week after, and they are still chasing me for the money.
Will definitely be taking then to court. Dont even bother.
