I ordered an Epiphone Casino in September 2025. It’s now February 2026 and I still haven’t received the guitar, or any tracking. I sent multiple emails asking for an ETA and they kept blaming their supplier. When I got fed up and asked for a refund after four months of waiting, they literally just stopped responding to me. I'm currently trying to get my money back via PayPal dispute.
Shonky! Still waiting for my order after 5 months! They don’t answer the phone or respond to emails when you ask where your order is at. Don’t even bother trying to order anything you will lose your money

Matt answered straight away and was a wealth of information and so generous with his time and his willingness to look up and check things I was interested in, despite me telling him I wouldn't be purchasing anything that day. After a week or so, and such a positive experience the first time, we decided to order the Ibanez SA260FM for the teen. I called again to order and this time spoke to Chris? Who was equally awesome. I queried the price, concerned it was seconds or something (seemed too good to be true!) And also delivery times to get from VIC to QLD in time for the bday. He assured me it was not, and that he would make sure it arrived in time. A few days later it arrived, in plenty of time for us to check it over and wrap it up. It was perfect! Thanks to the guys at Haworth Guitars from us and a very happy, grateful18yo who is either at work, out with mates or jamming on his new Ibanez.
Poor after sale service and communications – Bought a brand new Fender strat and the pickup switch tip selector broke and loose. A request for a replacement was made. Only replied once after several weeks and never addressed the issue. Never heard from Haworth thereafter.

Purchased a guitar 15 Nov, didnt arrive. Cancelled order 16 Dec and was promised refund. It's now a month later and still no refund. Have called and emailed several times but cannot get any response. Do not buy from this business.

Hayworths sold a guitar of mine on 25th October on consignment. I was advised by phone of the sale. I have visited the store twice and I have received some emails from Joel who is in charge of finance, verifying my account details. Three months later I have not received payment of 550 dollars. The staff are friendly but fail to act. I went through school with Phil so I have been patient and reluctant to write this review.

UPDATE: After lodging a claim via the payment processor, Haworth did come through and refund the complete amount relatively quickly. I never heard back from them but they came through in the end.

dream of that guitar and I already paid in full through the PayPal instalment, so just let it be so.
In August, I emailed twice, and rang up … the Lady said I would have to wait till November or December this year again. While as the buyer’s protection of PayPal lasts only 3 months.
I then asked for the full refund, but received only delays and lame excuses that she did not have password of the PayPal account. I had to lodge a complaint and reviews through the PayPal to have the refund.
In short, it is a not reliable company. They might have done hundreds or thousands of other similar victims to get benefits deposited into their accounts

one item from the order. A week later, I called - from NZ - and spoke to someone else who told me my product should arrive within the week and that he'd follow up and call me....he never called me. A week later, I spoke to the manager who - between the lines - indicated there were other issues going on. Today, 5 weeks later - I cancelled the order because the situation was absolutely ridiculous....I KNOW the distributor has stock, and this store is still advertising this product as being available. However, I was told that the store hasn't been able to fulfill orders due to the large number of orders and the low number of staff....this was the third, different reason I'd been given and enough is enough. As a first-time customer of Haworth Guitars, I am absolutely gobsmacked at the lack of service provided and simply cannot recommend this business. I'm truly appalled and don't know how this store manages to stay in business.
P.S. After posting this review, I decided to check other reviews and sure enough, there are a heap of other negative (mostly 1-star) reviews from recent months. Something is going on with Haworth Guitars and it sure ain't great.

called every week and got told every time “it will be here next week” I’m fine with logistical issues and if they had contacted me and informed me instead of me getting the run around every time I called would have been ok with that. Not once did I get contacted to say there was a major delay. I found another store who had that guitar and said delivery will be around 5-7 days. I cancelled my order on the 22nd of August, ordered from a different store on the same day and it arrived today, not even a week after I ordered it! I contacted them via email requesting an explanation and asked them to honour the confirmed order, but instead they processed a refund without any further communication or apology. This feels misleading and unethical.

in it, obviously the guitar was never checked before it was sent, guitar was picked up and returned to Haworth on the 13/01/2025, I had to ring a week later to see where my refund was, told by Curtis store manager that they were having trouble refunding to my PayPal account and how the store was understaffed and became a bit aggro when I asked when I would see me refund as I now have no guitar and no money to purchase a new one till I get my refund, he told me l would have to wait till Thursday for someone to get back off Xmas holidays to sort out the problem, received an email from Haworth that week saying having problems with refunding to PayPal could I forward my bank account details to receive my refund, did this and was told they had been passed on to the stores finance dept, it’s 26/01/2025 still no refund, just been passed along the chain, have no idea when I am getting my refund or if I will get one, have emailed asking for owners contact details to lodge my complaint directly with them but no replies to my emails , was told by Curtis the store manager that this would be sorted out within a week and now it’s two weeks later and no refund , no idea when to expect it, no replies to my email asking for store owners contact details , worst customer experience for me to date, out of pocket, have no guitar , will never deal with Haworth again and my advice is buyer beware , and see lots of negative feedback on here , Heiko stalling
