developed a crack on the INNER side, upon regular handling. There surely was some contact with the court but nothing irregularly substantial - it should have held up against it.

Guess what? Head refused to replace it, even though they admitted there was no misuse. They complained about scratches on the plastic string bumper/protector (!!! - isn't it what the thing is for???) saying there was "court surface contact". Sure there was some, but not hitting the court or anything major - if there is no court contact at all it simply means the racquet has not been played.

To mention, we have other Head models that are also graphene-based, but NONE of these with the SAME use pattern failed in over 4 years (some much longer). This one failed in just a couple of months.

I am confident it was a defect and it is an astonishingly appalling attitude from Head. I wasted money and time to send it to them by post too, disgusting!

Do not buy this series unless you are comfortable with your racquet going into bin for no reason in a few months’ use. I probably will also switch to another brand, pretty fed up with that attitude.
