I bought this device in 2021. For 4000 ausd. Biggest waste of money ever spent. The device would conyinuall6 stop working every secondd week . I returned 2 of them then gave up. There was always a reason why it wouldn't work.

Health device of the future – I have been using my Healy PRO for 6 months and every day I use it I have profound experiences. It’s improved my HRV, Sciatica over all energy and performance. I do daily Resonance scans which is seriously mind blowing and the new Healy Advisor app makes looking for programs to run so much easier. Stopped having any effect after 6 months – I bought the expensive Resonance model in 2020, and even though there was no improvements in any of my major chronic health issues, it at least helped some minor issues, such as eliminating period pain each month. I could also feel it working in my body i.e. if I ran the Sciatica program, I could feel my spine move around. But after about 6… Read more

months, it stopped having any effect. It "looked" like it was operating and the lights were flashing correctly etc, but I couldn't feel anything, and it stopped having any effect on my period pain or any other symptom I tried it on. I thought maybe my stress levels had become too high (from lockdowns) so I was in too bad shape for it to help much, so I waited it out. But 2.5 years later, it still does nothing, every time I try it. I've finally had to give up and admit I was scammed $2000.

P.S. I emailed customer service 3 weeks ago to ask what could have happened, but they never bothered to reply. Judging by the other reviews, this seems to be a pattern.

fantastic, basically holding my hand the whole time, answering my questions and offering resources and advice. The couple of times I contacted Customer support they were great too, gotten back to me within a few hours and made sure my questions were answered in a very helpful manner. My background is in Massage, Energy healing and Sound Healing Workshops I knew about the healing power of frequencies. I mainly go the Healy to offer support to family overseas. But I also had a shoulder injury in February and whilst my recovery was very slow using the special Healy program for Shoulder and Arm, within 2 days I experienced a remarkable result being able to fully extend my arm with weight which I haven't been able to do before. I have more energy and zest for life. I bought the Resonance model and everyday I am blown away by the amount of program to choose from. The Healy is an investment in your health. its like a mini med bed or a Tens machine on steroids.

have issues last year during covid with staffing and stock issues, which seems to be the case for most of these bad reviews on here. The company has now made up for their previous issues from 2020, customer service now replies in 1-5 days and the software has been updated which could be abit glitchy on older phones. ive never had an issue on my iphone 11 and with my device, besides my clip breaking (toddler) which is covered under warranty and the company sends out a new one once a support ticket has been launched.

Ive had my device for over a year now and couldnt imagine life without it, i find it easy to use, ive bought a second device so we dont fight over who is using the healy ;-)

Amazing – I’ve had my Healy since 2022 and using for emotional support which was good and helped support me through my inner work. While I was pregnant I did not use it but now I’m a mum with a 4 month old baby which can be stressful. I am using release and relax everyday and Holly crap do I feel so calm and content so much more in the moment. I use to think Healy was ok until I had a kid it’s amazing, my days flow better

Healy. Learn how to use it – I have a Healy and I love it. It took me awhile to understand it and get the full use of it. Plus you need to join FB groups to learn about it and interact with others. Don’t forget to ask questions. It’s a complex device and it will start you in a journey of learning about your body mental and emotional. The answers Lie inwards And Yes you may come across glitches. Have all your apps off on your phone to get best response.

Faulty product, shady business practice (Healy) – Company would not honor 2 year warranty. I purchased new in winter of 2021 and first unit I received did not work at all, wouldn't power on. replacement. They would not replaced andwent through hours of email exchanges and different suggestions from them trying to fix. Finally nothing worked I asked again for a replacement as I had in my initial they said they could not replace because now my original purchase was just two years out of date (by one week). That was for the defective one that never worked. Although I still had two months to go from the time I received the actual replacement. To recap I got a lemon that never worked, then finally got a replacement two months later and that stopped working 18 months later. The two-year warranty was applied to the original date of purchase and not when I actually received a working unit. This business practice tells me exactly what kind of a company and product they sell. Garbage. It does feel cheap and they obviously break even if you take the upmost care.

Absolute Waste of Money – Despite now having it for six months and using it several times a day I still don't see nor feel any benefits. I've recently been very ill for two weeks and absolutely no improvement with using this Healy. I would never recommend it. I've tried using it on my dogs and the same problems keep coming up and nothing is resolved.

Amazing product – My dad just bought a Healy and it has help with a lot. The Only Problem with it is that it doesn’t have a Program for Ear problems. I constantly get ear infections and have tubs in my ears even at 48 yrs. They need a Ear Program.

contacted the response was generic and offered no remedy.

Due to to the lack of customer service i sourced a electronic repair man to fix the device at my own expense.

This has now happened twice, in which the socket has been replaced and payment has been made from my own pocket.

Recently the healy has stopped working again, for the third time i have sourced a electronic repair man. He did explain said the device can be easily fixed but he does need the TRANSISTOR part.

Due to Healy's lack of assistance in the past, he personally rang the healy office to ask for this particular part so that he could complete the repair...they refused to supply him with this part!

With another $300 out of pocket expense and a broken healy for the third time, with the healy company proving useless once again remedying any situation, with zero assistance, no duty of care, customer support, or technical support.. i have had a enough of this company. It is not a lawful operation service or product.

I bought the bioresonance which cost me $4,000 , with no appropriate solution's offered by this company!

Having to outwardly source help due to the outrageous unacceptable non existent customer service has been a joke, then offering no help to my personally employed technician is next level .

I dont even want this machine anymore regardless of how good it is, bot that it works now anyways! I demand as full refund. I do not want to deal with a company who is not acting in good will, with no moral compass, no business ethics.

I’ve used it on helping settle a new dog into the household with 2 other dogs & general support in healing cuts, gastric upsets & the list goes on.. yes it did take a long time to arrive, you do have to invest some time in learning how to use it. The clip did break on my mum’s & now my device but we use it multiple times daily, they sent a new clip out without delay.. now delivery is less than a week.. this device definitely works, I would not hesitate in recommending it.

Great Experience – I've now been using the Healy on me, friends, clients and family with great results. Some of the little wins... Had stomach gastro issues, after running 2 programs.. gone. My rash on my legs have gone. My sisters hot flushes... gone. This product definately works. The service isnt the best thats for sure, but I feel they are improving.

Healy microcurrent device is frustrating, mostly doesn't work and too expensive – Healy vibration frequency has a lot of Technical issues. It crashes often. dose not respond and needs to be reset too many times. It's a device falsely advertised for its functions. Too expensive and it's not a reliable. Customer service is almost non existent. It takes weeks and months to hear from support by email only. No phone support either. Don't buy it. Save your wallet

button stopped working. Tried to get support through my sponsor, but they are no longer any help because they found out that Healy Frequency is apparently a MLM scam and cut ties with them. They suggested trying to contact their former sponsor, but they were also not part of the Healy network anymore. Finally I tried getting a refund for the faulty device from Healy themselves in Singapore as it should be covered by Australia Consumer Law as it was sold here, but they have not returned any phone calls or emails in the last 3 month.

Avoid this product at all cost. I now know it's not different to a TENS machine. The support is great until they have your money, then you they vanish.

I have only received one of the 2 that I ordered – I have had no response to 3 queries of WHERE is my second Healy that I purchased in February I only received 1 of 2 , other than an automated response from the support team to say they will respond as soon as possible... I will now need to pass the matter on to PayPal to follow up on non-delivery . Shocked at this service
