Worst company on the planet to deal with
I have ordered a Healy in August in 2020 and still cannot get them to send the order.
They have a non existent customer service, I have consistently send messages asking for my order
I dont recommend buying one until they can supply the stock
They wont give me a refund either and now asking me to send it back when the order hasn't even been processed.. so frustrating!

Firstly Healy has done some great things but here is the problem. #1 no customer service or backup. If you have a problem good luck. #2. After purchasing Healy in april. All going well I purchased or should I say paid for. dNSC bundle inching a Healy watch and a 3 month subscription to the nutrition app The sub vale boxer $250 per month aud. Now December 18 and no watch. And now communication from Healy once during this time. Subscription only activated about 2 weeks before end of 3 months so had no use of it. Then they charged me another mon...th. I have requested a refund in the package and no response. I have requested at least 3 times. No response. Healy takes your money very quickly. Then disappears. Those pumping the sales are making great money. Zero backup. Disappointed beyond belief. I thought their hearts were in the right place. No - just hand in pocket. Tricia
DISAPPOINTMENT from march/20 - December/20 to get a refund for a faulty device
The customer service in Australia for this device is shooking.
Only after demanding a reply with the threat of going to the Australian ombudsmen did I receive a prompt reply.
I sought for staff advisory on how to activate the unit (the start button was faulty and required a knuckle or elbow to start it, its a known issue to staff).

It works! Thats all it matter. It works. Yes the company grew faster than they anticipated and major delay in shipment. Yes the company is "chasing the tiger by the tail" that proves it works. The demand is high.I have used it on people with medical problems and it has shown result. I wish the battery last a bit longer than 2 hours

Never arrived, company has no clue if it was sent
I bought a Healy on 26/8/20. It is now 2/12 and it hasn't arrived. I've been backwards and forwards with their support tickets which are useless. I've been put in touch with 'people high up in the company' who tell me that they have restructured due to 'major issues'. Nobody has a tracking number, first they told me it had been sent, then they said it hadn't because they didn't have my phone number. Then that it has now been sent, and a week later that they will send it now. My back office is still showing that they are processing my order, so ...their own systems say it hasn't been sent. I've asked for a refund several times and am told that once I send the machine back after a 14 day cooling off period, they can issue a refund. The machine which they haven't sent! They apologise and blame operational issues, but apparently there is nobody employed who can check their systems or make a phone call to the courier to get a tracking number, due to their 'reshuffle'. If you're happy to lose $3000 then go ahead and buy one, just don't expect it to show up.
My device doesn't work and there's no way to contact the company
I ordered a Healy device in September and waited two months for it to arrive. When it did, the device worked for a couple of hours and then just stopped working. I've sent 7 emails to the support centre and have received no response to any of them. I've also tried contacting various email addresses but they bounce back. This is a very expensive technology device which if it doesn't work there is no technical support or any support. I am still in the process of trying to contact the company to get a refund. While I absolutely believe in the tech...nology, I have serious doubts about the ethnics of the company and on principle I would have to recommend to stay away from them. Best if you can rent a device from someone (there are people who rent out their Healy's) but I would stay away from purchasing one. The company simply isn't trustworthy! UPDATED: I'm in the process of starting a class action against Healy. If you've had a bad experience and you're interested in joining please go to the Facebook group called Healy Class Action. It's easier to communicate with people through there. Thanks.
Legal action against healy world
This company is a pyramid scam and needs to be shut down, the Healy is extremely expensive and the app constantly stops working. The device actually in all reality does nothing at all ! It is all in the users head that something is happening. We are pursuing legal action against the company for a full refund of the device
Tried the device for 1 week outrages
After doing loads of research and personal use my conclusion is that Healy is a placebo device....The claims have no merit, the company uses outside organizations for marketing and its claims for legal protection... Your making other wealthy if you buy into this MLM Scam.... the amount of mental gymnastics one have to do to believe this device works and the company is not a scam is insane ... Don't be fooled by the sales stories ... if this was the real deal many would be giving away it for free rather then paying closer to 2k for a $5 device.
Terrible communication and Glitches
I tried to purchase a Healy early in September.
The website is extremely glitchy and you even get given instructions on the glitches to look out for when purchasing like this is fine. Unfortunately (or fortunately) I appeared to have to deal with an additional glitch which changed my purchase request from credit card to direct transfer even though i manually entered my credit card details.
I emailed them on the 11/09/2020 advising of the glitch and enquiring how to proceed. A month later and still no response. Customer Service is horrendous and...
Bad Healy experience
We paid for three Healy devices in mid July and it is now 6 October. No Healy’s. This has to be the worst MLM company on the planet. You can’t get any customer support at all. They have a support ticket system which we tried. We asked about our order on 14 August. The response was they would be sent ASAP. That was almost two months ago! As with all MLM companies, you have a sponsor but in the case of Healy, these sponsors know nothing and cannot get answers. They just parrot the same message over and over “be patient. You’ll get your Healy’s.” Bur they really don’t know and are not told anything. This is not a company that can be trusted.
Better than I ever could have expected
The Healy has changed our lives. It is our first 'go to' when we need any type of healing, be it pain or stress in our bodies, fatigue, digestion upsets, calming childrens nervous systems, or to increase their ability to overcome any local viruses etc. I was sceptical about the MLM set up, and was never planning to onsell, but I sold 3 in my first month of using it, just by genuinely sharing my stories and inspiring others. For me, it has given me a solution to the problems that didn't previously have one. I feel so much more confident and able to manage mine and my families health now that we have a Healy.
Unfortunate Healy Experience
I received my Healy in May. I was so excited and really looking forward to this new unique device. Unfortunately there were a few issues with my Healy and it did not work properly. I contacted customer support straight away and did not receive a response for 3 days. Then it was just an email saying they had received my email and would be in touch with me. No one got in touch with me so I sent another email. Still no response. I madly tried to find a local person who might be able to offer some support and did manage to find someone who I...had a video call with and tried to help me with my device. By that stage it was close to the 14 day money back guarantee so I sent my third email to customer support saying that unfortunately I was now requesting a full refund and I did not have any confidence in the product or the after sales customer service. I packaged up and sent my Healy back to Singapore and emailed the tracking details as requested to Customer Service. I was advised on Wednesday 24 June that they had received my Healy and advised that my refund should be updated by Friday. And that was the start of what I now believe is a scam. I have still not received my refund after 5 further emails. Each one the reply is very sorry your refund has been processed please allow 2 - 3 days. I have since contacted another Healy Customer Service in Germany and am still waiting for an outcome with them but nothing so far. I am now seeking legal advice to see if they are able to assist me to have my full amount refunded to me as they said they would. I am so disappointed as I had really high hopes for this Healy. I would not recommend this product mainly due to the absolute lack of customer service, especially if you have a problem.

Completely unique device, but there are some issues with customer support. I received a non active device and it took weeks to get some response and to get it working. For something so expensive this was very frustrating. Now I can actually use it, I find the results astonishing. I believe they are working hard to improve support end of the business - I hope by the time you are reading this these problems will all be ironed out!

I'm one of the many who have been scammed by Healy. I'm wondering if anyone has started a class action lawsuit against them? We only need seven people to start a class action and I know there are many others. I've tried to contact Healy seven times with no response. I'm still trying to get my money back for a device that didn't work after two months of waiting for it. Would anyone be interested in taking their issue further?

I haven't heard about any legal challenge. It took us three months to get product. The problem is the company is so keen to make sales that they haven't done the right thing and stop all sales until they get their production and distribution efforts sorted. They acknowledged there were major problems many months ago, but nothing changed.
