Great advice, great product – I've got some minor hearing loss from too many concerts and events in my younger years. They recommended a product, which I've since used in many venues where I want to still enjoy high quality sounding music, while still protecting my ears against further losses.

Loved it! – My uncle used Hear for Less for his hearing aids, and my son uses their hearing protection as he is the lead singer in a band. Fantastic products, and great service!

Didn’t work and endless hurdles with no refund – Phone didn’t work on arrival. When I asked for refund there were numerous questions and emails then they refused then said they had mixed me up with another customer then I returned phone with no acknowledgment of receipt or refund. The phone was needed urgently for my elderly mother and I had to buy another. Issue has been going in since July 2019

actually had to turn it down.

But in the key area where you need it to work - being loud and clear enough for phone conversations - it falls down. My normal phone is louder and clearer than the muted, muffled sound you can get on this at top volume.

This is from a company called Hear For Less ie their whole purpose is to provide devices that help people with poor hearing,

The phone my mother received was not only worse than my normal phone in terms of listening volume, it was worse than her existing phone.

As if that weren't disappointing enough, i contacted Hear For Less by email on 13 December and received no response. Busy christmas maybe, so i contacted them again later. Nothing.

Then i rang them. I couldn't get through and left a message for them to call back. No one called back.

I tried again a few days later, wound up on hold again, and gave up.

Exasperated, i left a poor review on their site. Surprise, surprise, they didn't publish it. So i'm leaving this review here in the hope that as many people as possible see it.

They make a big deal on their site about their "No Worries, 30-day, Money Back Guarantee."

That didn't even extend to calling or emailing me back after i'd contacted them.

Both the phone and the company were a huge disappointment.

Stay well away from this phone - Olitech EasyFlip - if you want loud, clear conversations. (I'll leave a review for the phone separate to this one.) As for Hear For Less, apart from sending the phone out when it became available - it was a preorder - the customer service i received from them was nonexistent.
