Herbert Adams Premium King Island Beef Sausage Rolls

Horrible worst tasting sausage roll I've had – So disappointed I'll never buy another one in my life I'm guessing dog food taste better. Followed instructions nothing but grey meat mix when cooked just never again. Local butchers basic meat carrot and onion sausage roll craps all over this comerical disgusting rubbish. Not a fan on four and twenty or patties I use to eat patties and it was bit hit and miss but they all have a taste that isn't what it should be. Local bakery in clunes has nice pies and sausage rolls Herbert Adams pies are nice so that's why I'm so disappointed by its just my opinion

Won’t buy any other – So pleased we tried these, worth every penny. If you want to impress your party guests or just yourselves try them. Don’t know why there are negative reviews, cheap ones taste cheap , these don’t & no nasty gristle etc.

Premium? – To be completely honest I recon Patties sausage rolls are taster and way cheaper. These have very little flavour and for the price doesn't match. I wouldn't be here unless I was this disappointed.

Pastry OK but filling mushy and not to our taste – Very disappointing. Won't be finishing the product. Like another reviewer we had been happy with Herbert Adams pies but these were terrible. The pastry was quite pleasant - but needed a better filling. At least we bought it on special!

Ferrari pricing for Ford product – The wife bought these at my request. She figured getting something a bit more expensive would deliver a better product, and we've had good experience with the Herbet Adams pies. Sadly, these don't live up to expectations. Highly likely they come off the same line as the rest of Patties party sausage rolls. The pastry isn't bad but the mince (if you can call a product that's only 19% meat mince) is the same mush you can get from the service station in a Mrs Macs wrapper. It's a crying shame you can't get a decent sausage roll- we'll have to whip up a batch of our own again.
