Dodgy business – I ordered a light from this place online. It arrived smashed. I rang and told them and they said they would replace it - two visits to the store and still no replacement light. Different evasive excuses both times.

If I could give them a 0 I would. Failed to deliver a door on time and are aggressive and evasive on the phone and email – I ordered a door online on the 16/4. The website states they will contact me within one business day to arrange shipment. I understand it was an Easter long weekend. That would mean I should have been contacted on the Tuesday 19/4. and was assured it would be shipped again on that day. It has not. My emails are being ignored and the phone not being answered. I need this door for booked in trades and feel this is the only way I will get this door or a response.

I have been told every day since Wednesday last week it will be delivered. I am told by Ron “the manager” that he is the highest person to escalate this to. States does not have a superior. States he also does not own the business. It doesn’t take much intelligence to know this isn’t right. He states he will refund the order rather than have me escalate. He will not take accountability. I do not have time to source another door since it has been delayed for so long. I have been given a fake tracking number. He states he promises. But every day he promises and cannot explain how today is different. He is argumentative, condescending, will not allow me to talk without interrupting and is down right aggressive. Buyer beware. This company is an absolute joke. They clearly need to find a new manager who is customer orientated, can manage a team and is reliable.

Since then… The door was apparently shipped on the 3rd May. For me to receive on the 4th May. It has not arrived. I have requested the shipping fee be refunded. But have been ignored. My escalations have been ignored.

Last forever without a notice! – Purchased a lock on 30/May/2021, I followed it up after about 10 days and I was told that it will dispatched tomorrow. honest with their client and I can not trust if they have an item in stock or not. I am not interested to pay today and wait forever to see my item!

Avoid Buying Anything From This Company – Avoid at all costs. Their timber products are awful and should not be allowed to sell. Received some scrap that was meant to be reclaimed floorboards. To all rip off, unusable. Only good for fire wood. No returns possible. Angry owners are rude and obnoxious. Would not recommend to my worst enemy!! Please don't give these horrid people any business. We are a disabled elderly couple and they really preyed on us.
