I paid $308 for a voice activated M5 Iron Man mask from an advert on Facebook. Firstly the order took forever to arrive, secondly when it did arrive after a few weeks it started playing up not responding to voice commands and then not opening and closing properly. Contacted the supplier on their email address support@heroslash.com and was offered a 50% refund and I could keep the item or a full refund if I posted it back to them. When I requested an address to send it back to no response. Another email was sent and now they had reneged on their previous offer and refused any refund saying it was outside of their 30-day refund policy timeline. I have now lodged a PayPal dispute.
