Was recommended teas that could handle being steeped for hours in a travel mug. They were perfect. Staff know there products and when asked questions they are helpful and quick to reply.

For a start, I love loose leaf tea. I like the woody flavour and the way the leaves come out of the bag in a tight little ball. Easy to dispose of when used as they become large and floppy in the brewing process. Unique :)

This teapot is perfect. The pour is smooth, and shape of the teapot allow the leaves to steep properly. Compact, easy to clean, and great for daily use. Highly recommended! I ordered a number of samples from Heychina to try out at home. The quality of the selected teas is fantastic, best I have found in Australia so far. This was my first time getting goods from this store, and I am very happy with the products. I ordered 2 items: tea and gaiwan. For tea, which is dan cong, is phenomenal; taste is exquisite and the price is reasonable. Gaiwan, however, is more surprising than the tea in terms of quality. Recently bought the gaiwan and it has quickly become my favourite tea brewing vessel. It is the perfect size, provide good tea-to-water ratio. The lid fits snugly, making pouring much easier than expected.
