must have dropped it and refused to do anything to rectify this, not even an apology or acknowledgement that something was wrong. Terrible customer service, after getting screen protectors from them for year I will now never return and would advise to avoid.

Refused to honor warranty on iPhone screen on the grounds of physical damage. The phone was assessed by technicians from two other shops. Both stated the issue is no resulting from physical damage and that Hi Touch is simply using it as an excuse not do a warranty repair.
Terrible, greedy retailer. Cheap quality products at ridiculous prices. The life long guarantee screen is a total rip off. If you want to have it replaced that’s not a problem the problem is it’s so fragile the replacement experience becomes a revolving door. SHOCKING SERVICE!!!
Have I been scammed – Asked for a new glass screen protector on phone but was told a ceramic one was much better and unbreakable. $20 more than the glass one. Was lifting off in the same day. was on the phone when they talked me into having that screen protector put on, saying it would fit. Consumer law says I am entitled to a refund for non serviceable goods. They don't care about Australian law.
Phone accessories – Friend, Emily, recommended this shop,in view of her very positive experience. Wonderful service,courteous, attentive. Excellent work – Had a new screen, backing and screen protector put onto my Samsung S20 Note Plus The work on my phone was done swiftly though perfectly and the staff there are very friend kind and courteous Fast friend service highly recommended this store
Won't honor warranty – Replaced a faulty Samsung s9+ screen ($480), within 1 month there were dead pixels, while screen protector was in perfect condition. They flat out wouldn't replace under their 3 month warranty.
Makes up lame and inconsistent excuses so they can rip you off with inflated prices – I have previously paid to have screen protectors for tablets installed, I have supplied as they can be difficult to find. Today they claimed they were unable to install a plastic one yet surprise surprise they were willing and able to install a glass one from them for $99! They are a rip-off as I was able to find a place to install a glass one for $39 elsewhere.
Really great service – Today I went and brought a charger and got my phone cleaned the lady serving me was amazing and very helpful, and made me feel very comfortable and welcome This was in Doncaster hitouch mobile :)
Very Poor Workmanship. Won't back up their faulty work – Steer Clear People Steer Clear People Worst place to deal with. Had an Ipad screen replaced and went back three times with it not working properly (2 Hour round trip) Third time something under the screen has popped it up and cracked it. Tried to blame us for their crap work now we have to get it done again somewhere else Very poor workmanship and it was your dodgy repair that cracked the screen. Steer Clear People
Terrible service – Apple Watch glass screen protector peeling off within 2 days, This product was $40 and they refused to replace it. I had photo evidence that it had been doing it from the start yet they still didn’t replace.
Faulty Repairs - don't go near them – Had an IPhone screen replaced for $225 at the Chirnside Park store. The screen developed white spots after three months and a stripe down the middle of the screen. Took it back and they refused to refund the money or repair the phone. Have since had the phone repaired through Apple (with a report confirming that the damage was caused by loose screws being left in the phone).
Dont waste your money & time – If I can give 0 star, I would. Replace ipad LCD screen for $225 few months ago. After 4 months, bring ipad back fir the reason they are not working & dont want to be responsible. Dont waste your money & time to go there. They are not reliable.
paid for the premium cover broke within a day – I asked questions about the various covers and was advised to get the most expensive told it was the most durable, broke within a day the corner shock part just fell off without dropping it or anything.

Terrible product quality, atrocious customer service – My wife was sold a tempered glass screen protector for $30, we found out after the fact that she could have purchased a very similar product for $5 from another retailer a few doors down. brought the screen protector back to ask for a repair or replacement. At best they offered to install another screen protector for another $15 when I went in to complain. They laughably blamed the genuine Apple brand case saying that it put pressure on the screen protector’s edges and that they could not guarantee the quality of the Apple case. The screen protector did not touch the case and HiTouch recommend this particular screen protector, promising that it was compatible with the Apple case at the point of purchase.
They also had to unstick and re-stick the protector as they put it on with the sales assistant’s hair caught beneath the glass who played dumb when it was pointed out, this meant that a light dirt ring quickly collected around the edges of the screen protector.
I left without any resolution through HiTouch Mobile and one of the other mobile accessory stores a few doors down installed another protector for $10. Their receipt also outlines a clear written warranty policy on the receipt.
There are perhaps a dozen stores like this in the centre who offer the same services, I suggest that you try any and all of them first
Great Customer Service – I visited the Westfield Plenty Valley store and the girls were fantastic! I purchased a new phone and they were quick to install and did a great job!! I would go back to them in the future for any device services.
Once they work on your device it will die within a month if your lucky – Took our iPad into get screen repaired at fountain gate they said it would take an 45 minutes so we waited outside and had a coffee we watched her chat with her co worker for 30 as there was no one else around when the 45 minutes was up we went in and they said it’s not done yet will be another 45 minutes when we got the iPad back the screen WOULD… Read more
NOT WORK so they had to do it again!!!!! We got the iPad back it worked fine for a week and a half then the screen started playing up clicking everywhere on it’s own we restarted it did everything we where told to do we ended up having to replace it because we found out that the wires on the back of the screen that make the iPad work was badly done by hi touch and we were lucky that the iPad didn’t over heat and do something serious
Bad screen repair – Took my iPad Air 2 in at Southland, cheltenham. They fixed the screen, but used hot glue! The glue came unstuck and the screen lifted and cracked. Took it in again and they repaired it through warranty which is a rip off. The screen lifted again and now clicks wherever it feels like. Horrible shop!
it’s a kiss of death giving these people your mobile – “Hi Touch” indeed!! Took in a totally workable mobile for a new battery. Ended up having to replace it after they were done with it. not helpful and blamed me for the phone not working (you must have dropped it). After 4 excruciating visits the owner at least had the botched repair job fixed but it wasn’t worth the pain....three weeks later...the screen is dislodging and the battery no longer works...hopeless... this sorry saga ended with another repairer showing me how parts were broken when the battery was initially changed and incorrect screws in an attempt to coverup the damage... it’s a kiss of death giving these people your mobile. Warranty for their work means absolutely nothing – Paid $250 for iPad screen repair only to have it crack after 3 weeks!!! 3 month warranty is utter rubbish and extremely poor customer service. I would never shop at that store again!
Dont waste your time or money – The southland store - pretend they can fix something make you pay a fortune and still not able to work. And then wont make any other effort to help you.
Fix one problem and create another – Sent my iPad mini in for a battery to be replaced. Have received it back and now the touch screen doesn’t work properly. Am now being locked out of iPad because I can’t enter my password accurately.
Broken item after one week, would not return my money – I bought a tablet cover. The edges started to tear within a week of purchase. I returned the item to the shop, with my credit card statement. I was told I could not get a refund without the original receipt. The manager had the gall to tell me that I might have damaged it on purpose to get a refund.
Bad attitude and poor customer service – I wasn't happy with fit of a phone cover purchased from this store so I returned to the store within 3 days to discuss this and sort out a solution. Regardless of the store policy this had left me with a less than impressed view of this business. I will be shopping at JB HI FI in future where the customer is important.
