advised that the system had changed & that the old wheels were no longer available. The Samsonite people offered a replacement bag from the current range which is not exactly the same, however near enough for me to be happy. Apart from the wheels the old bag was still in good usable condition despite the best efforts of airport baggage handlers to destroy it.

I recommend the products and the after sales service that comes with the Samsonite products, Thank you Samsonite!
