need to be a contorshonist to get the pegs out. You have to fit the basket sideways and then it has nothing to stop it sliding off. I would be embarrassed putting a Hills logo on this piece of scrap metal. Under no circumstances consider this product its Rubbish! If this is the Premium model I would hate to see the cheaper models. Very disappointed that Hills would market such a dismal product.

The taller design is great except you cannot fit a standard size laundry basket in it. Hopeless and total waste of money. Very disappointing. Also cannot access peg basket. Bought from Bunnings.

Hills products are normally top of the range – I wish I had read the reviews before I bought the trolley. The peg basket is so poorly designed. Because of the peg bakset I would not recommend this laundry trolley. Suggestion - this trolley should be on display at outlets so customers can make up their own minds about this product - particularly when a common and consistent complaint is the peg basket.

Terrible product – This trolley has a habit of tipping over and twice taken me with it. Broken foot this time. I do not recommend the smaller or taller trolley. Too lightweight even with clothes in it. The peg basket cannot be used as the clothes basket is too close. Poorly designed and cheap although I paid over $90.
