I bought four salt lamps from this company as gifts, plus one for myself. Unfortunately, every single light bulb they supplied (eight in total) blew out within just a few days. I reached out to their customer service, but they were completely unhelpful and showed no interest in replacing the faulty bulbs, despite it being clearly a product issue, not user error. I won't be buying from them again. Very disappointing experience.

Absolute crap quality – I bought one kg of small rose quartz raw crystals & incense, incense & delivery was fine, crystals altho only $20 the crystals was basically Mountain crystal or garbage. No thank you.

Himalayansaltfactory fixed the problems – After I had issue non delivery from Himalayansaltfactory, I like thank you Himalayan to resend me the item and also gave me some complimentary. I appreciated Himalayan for the full responsibility and I like the products which help to cure asthma, hey fever and sinus, I recommend you should try on.
