I just can't get a response from them – I actually love the humidifier when it is working. It has stopped again and I think it is the filter but I will never know because they never reply

I had charged it as soon as I took it out for a full day and again when they asked. Still doesn’t work and never heard from them again. It’s over two weeks since the first email. No accountability. Scam.

Recent update: We recieved one humidifier after i flooded thier social media with bad reviews AND it stopped working after 10mins of use. Does not want to charge. But just as I was going to give up. 1 month later we recieved the 2nd humidifier we ordered (after I also requested for a refund because only 1 was delivered). To be fair, at least this one is working so far. It's the smaller model.

(Yes i know, we were stupid enough to buy 2 from them. Oh well lesson painfully learned)

Another update: added another star just cause the 2nd product (the smaller himidifier) actually works well and is still working.

DO NOT BUY!!! – Absolutely disappointing to be SO excited about this humidifier to receive it and it DOES NOT work! Charged it overnight for it to work for 10 minutes! Absolutely annoyed that I paid $75 for a faulty product! DO NOT BUY THIS HUMIDIFIER!!!!!

Scam company! – Wow! Can’t believe I didn’t do a proper google search. I ordered a humidifier 3+ weeks ago, shipping details provided very quickly, however the package was returned to sender. I’ve sent an email asking for an update and haven’t received a reply. I will contact my bank for a chargeback. Please avoid!

Scam Company – Ordered unit, money successfully taken from account. No confirmation email, have emailed twice, used the contact us form online, messenger, Facebook. No response! Like many others I read reviews on the website but not on this platform. Company is looking like a scam.

Cheap Chinese unit arrived in plastic bag and box was damaged – This product, while advertised $100+ is cheap, imported directly from China and delivered in a flimsy plastic satchel. It took weeks to arrive and the box was damaged in transit and the $15 filters arrived in a zip lock bag.

It’s scam! Run far away – I have been ordered it 3 months ago and trying to ask where is it now? They have been email with fake delivery investigation from post office. Please do waste your money and time on this product. It’s totally a scam !!

Another "wish I'd read the reviews" member! $135 out of pocket! – I received my 2 mini humidifiers yesterday and they are both leaking! I actually thought I read reviews on their sites, but of course, they are likely misleading. I'm sad I didn't dig a little bit deeper. I have emailed them with a photo of the leak but I'm starting to think I will probably never get a reply and just lost AUD$135. Don't make the same mistake most of us have made and don't buy this product!

response from them but based on other reviews won’t hold my breath.Will report to ACCC if they don’t resolve and others should do same if they didn’t resolve your issues.that’s the only way to stop dodgy companies.

Worst company ever – I have paid over $100 and received express delivery it was two weeks later that it still wasn’t shipped and another two weeks later it was returned to the warehouse emad was never received. I have requested a refund and three weeks later and still yet to get my money back. I am not happy with its service or lying emails.

I wish I had read the reviews first! – I received my Humidifier opened the box which appeared sealed but it's missing the USB cable! I have sent 2 emails to the company and I have heard nothing! Not happy!!!

Don't answer emails order stuff up – I recieved the wrong product and they won't answer my email. Website says they answer emails within 48 hrs I've waited 3 weeks and no reply.

Worse company to deal with – Thought it was in Australia.... nope, took forever to come. Finally came, product doesn't work. After back and fourth with company decide to get refund, so follow their customer service directions on how to return. The worst purchase – This is the worst product. There is barely anything coming out of this so called humidifier. I should’ve done my research before purchasing this terrible product. Do not purchase and waste your time and money.

them know with 30 days and because there was a missing part (which was missing when I got it!!). The best they could do was offer a $25 store credit (um, no). This company is an absolute scam. So unethical. Such an overpriced piece of junk.

today to follow up (I never heard back the first time) and I am not holding out much hope for a refund based on the other reviews. I bought them for my indoor plants. I spent the same money on 2 proper humidifiers from Amazon and they work a treat. I do not recommend this product AT ALL

faulty product. But because this happened after 30 days (30 days!!!!!) then they can't do anything. Gave me a little voucher of $25 to spend on my next product ahahaha (no thank you!)

Anyway, without this issue, the humidifier is actually not very performant and doesn't make that much mist.

Overpriced piece of junk – This thing doesn’t do anything to relieve allergy/sinus congestion. And the customer service experience I received when I had a problem was perhaps the worst I have ever received.

Highly Recommend – My daughter suffers from really bad hayfever and eczema, the hi mist humidifier has helped her tremendously with alleviating her symptoms. Will definitely purchase more.
