Awful. The home (streaming) screen has annoying fast scrolling graphics (very different from the TCL 'sister' quivalent) but worse still is that when adjusting anything in the settings menus Hisense has decided that you automatically want to watch FIFA soccer games in the background from the pre-installed app (a sponsorship deal perhaps?). When… Read more

scanning for digital channels it locates far fewer than its TLC counterpart. It also doesn't recognize Bluetooth sound devices as claimed - or my DVD player. Telephone support to try and address the issues was also non-existent, with endless waiting times. I returned it and exchanged it for the TLC equivalent at the same price. It's hard to believe that these 2 TVs are produced by the same company.

Do not buy this TV. Apps don’t respond if you need to fast-forward, especially annoying when catching up on sports. As apps are pre-loaded on the TV, you can’t remove them and re-download them. Support staff, while trying to be helpful, can’t do anything to assist Show details

Anti-consumer – What you get is a good panel in a lite package with thin bezels. Sound great right? You also get VIDAA, the smart part of the TV which is choppy, with limited apps that doesn't work a lot of the time. Most people get a Fire stick/Roku/Google TV which would fix the issue. With the latest VIDAA update, you have to have the TV remote every time you… Read more

turn on Google TV, no big deal right but it's a feature that has been taken away intentionally so you'd use their terrible software.

Hisense tv good value for money – I bought a 40 inch Hisense tv for under $400. Great value for money, tv remote is spot on with easy access to apps, my 6 year old can navigate easily. Picture quality is good, resolution rate is good, smart features are great. Speakers are a little tinny, but still fine. It is not a Samsung, but it’s half the price. So for a tv that’s not your main tv ( this is my 9th in toy room, highly recommend it)! Show details

Product Packaging is MISLEADING – On the box, it states that Apple AirPlay supported. BIG LIE. TV is great, but I specifically asked whether it has AirPlay. Even the staff in the shop in the dark. Show details

This is a great TV for a reasonable price – 40inch is a perfect size for a smaller room. The picture quality is really very good as it is HD series. Already has Netflix app plus other apps to make it easier for you so you don't need to download them. Movies are just great to watch on this TV.
